We booked and paid for Chef's services for two nights while staying with our large family in Cabo. Brown's services did not inform me that the property we were staying on did not allow outside vendors and yet they charged me for the meals and then let me know that they will only reimburse 80% of the charge I paid. It seems to me before accepting payment this company should know if they can provide the service. It has been a long string of emails and I still haven't seen a refund for ANY of the amount they charged my Visa. read more

Brown's transportation is my go-to for Cabo transportation. They always arrive on time and in nice, new, clean vehicles. She hung up on me after she told me there was a lot of traffic and that the driver was just around the corner. I called back and told her to let me talk before she hung up, I told her that If I had to take a taxi, then I expect a refund. She responded "ok bye" and immediately hung up again - the driver and the woman on the phone said there was a lot of traffic right outside the hotel. I did not see ANY traffic that would constitute being late, let alone 30 minutes late! All in all, I'd say we ended the fabulous trip on a bad note because their tardiness for our pick up and rudeness on the phone really caused anxiousness. I really didn't want to write this review, but my bachelorette party and I used Browns to transport to Flora Farms. The pickup and dropoff was seamless, However, when planning a time to pick up following our cooking class we told the driver to be there at 2 pm and he arrived at 3 pm. Additionally, the driver was unreachable by phone which he had promised he would be. When we reached out to the main office they said they couldn't reach the driver either and blamed us for wanting to have the driver come back at 3 pm (which we never said). As I said, the transportation there was wonderful and the driver was so kind. But the transport back and the unprofessionalism from the main office was not acceptable at all, especially given our tight schedule for the weekend. read more

The chef service was amazing! We hired Brown's to provide a chef service for my sister's bachelorette party which included two dinners, two breakfasts and a bartender service. Martin and Gina made delicious dinners, desserts (the fresh churros were a group fav), and drinks and were so friendly and accommodating! They even went out and bought more ice and waters for us when they saw we were running low, then left us with pre-mixed margaritas in the fridge at the end of the day. They were easy to work with and a better option than the airport transportation offered by the resort we stayed at. The cars were clean and new and our driver, Issac, was extremely helpful at the airport and on our way to our resort with recommendations for restaurants to try in town and activities to try. We also used Brown's for transportation to one of our meals that was away from our resort and our driver, Christian, was just as helpful with information about the area and recommendations to do during our visit. Hello Manuel, I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your driver, Carlos, yesterday! He is such a polite young man and was so extremely helpful! You are very fortunate to have this young man as an employee because your employees are a portrayal of your business! The first thing was we were so late getting out of the airport because the wait going through customs was over an hour and a half. We thought for sure we wouldn't have a driver because we were so late but he was there waiting for us! He also grabbed our luggage and rolled it to the vehicle. As we were driving to Cabo my mother, Beverly, realized she did not have her passport! So Carlos made a phone call and he turned around and took us back to the airport. He took my mother and my sister into the airport and got them to the correct person who helped my mom and sister and they finally located the passport! By this time it was already late and Carlos had missed an appointment that he had scheduled for 6p. He was still so kind and courteous even after all of that! He was still fine with making the stop at Walmart for us to purchase some groceries. When we arrived at Terrasol, Carlos unloaded all our groceries and luggage for us. He also recommended a few things to do, some restaurants to have meals and that Browns Service can be our transportation! And I must also advise you that he is an EXCELLENT driver! A very good experience. Two things: 1) Do not talk with any transportation once you leave the last airport customs checkpoint. There is a large room with many (50+) "Time Share Salesman" trying to confuse and trick you into a conversation. Just keep walking outside. Once out the doors it was easy to see the Brown Services driver. He was holding a sign with our name. The pick-up was reliable and early. Top notch service, which I didn't expect but always makes me happy. Pros: Great info to navigate the crazy airport experience, very friendly well dressed driver with our name on a board was right there waiting, he had a great command of English, knew the area very well, took his time to show us around and give us the low down on every area on the way to our hotel. The refreshing drinks in the vehicle. Great clean vehicle, classy leather interior. Con's: The only one is the tip industry which is all throughout Cabo. For anyone who can't say no or feels bad when they don't provide a generous gratuity, you may have a hard time. You're money will be mostly gone in tips. Left us a bit frustrated. Not our drivers fault at all, He is very nice, it's just a way of thinking all of Cabo has. We loved our driver and tipped him well. He really was an incredible man. If we were ever to go to Cabo again, we would use Brown's. And if we go with more money, I'd hire our driver all day to take us to other cities for tours. He's very friendly and had cold beer and water waiting for us. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable. He of course helped with our luggage as well.
