I submitted the online form to get a quote for my pickup from the San Jose airport. Isaac sent me an iMessage to confirm the details the next-day. The price quoted from the airport to San Todos was $130 USD for a private sedan and $180 for a SUV. When I arrived, past the room with a million transportation vendors, outside the airport was Happy Tours in blue collared shirts waiting with my name printed exactly where the instructions had indicated. We took a large white shuttle to a separate parking area where we were dropped off for a sedan that was clean but not super new. I felt safe and comfortable getting to my destination. Both pesos and USD was accepted. When I asked for additional quotes, Isaac was polite and provided them. He even followed up each day that I had requested the quotes for despite not completing those trips. Overall, recommend them for his communication/customer service! read more

Quit searching !! They are the best deal you will find!! We used them to and from the airport to Cabo San Lucas. We were greeted with cold waters and or cold Coronas for the 45 min trip to the hotel. They will even make a stop at Walmart if you need to stock up on food or beverages! We paid $70 total for a private shuttle ( high quality vehicle) from the airport one way with a group of 4- thats what $17.50 each person ? Most other shuttles are $40 pp and your sharing it with strangers. We paid $55 total for a 2 person shuttle back to the airport( still private and high quality vehicle). The other issue was that they stated they took cards but getting out at resort they stated no cards. Just tell us you don't use cards. Would have been better. What a great find! It only cost $15 pp from the airport and we didn't want to pay the $40 plus tax per person that the hotel offered for getting to the airport. I did some Yelp research and Happy Transfers quickly responded with the most competitive one-way quote I could find which was $55 for two people. Cesar, our driver, was knowledgable, intelligent, friendly, and helpful. If we had met him at the beginning of our trip, we would likely would have used him as a tour guide for a day trip La Paz. We used them from our pick up to the hotel on wed 10/12. We were changing hotels the next day to our resort (we flew in a day early to save on flight) and they even offered to pick us up the following day for just a tip as a fee. Great services! I used this transportation service while visiting Cabo San Lucas and super happy as they waited for me arrival under umbrella #3 across from the bar outside the airport! Once you arrived, go straight outside as you will be passed by so many people who claimed to be your driver or transportation. Ignored them and go straight outside! They tricked and lied to you like they know you and waiting for you. Once you got outside the airport, look for #3 across from the bar and you will see your driver holding a sign with your name. From the airport to my resort in San Lucas is about 40 minutes. They have beer and water if you needed in the car! Overall, I booked with Isaac G., the owner, he confirmed my ride round trip for $140. Very quick and trustable services!! read more

Be aware, the other transportation vendors in the arrival hall were very aggressive and tried to claim they represented Happy Transfers. Extremely happy we found Happy Transfers/Shuttle at Cabo! We had received quotes to get out to Los Barriles from a few other companies and Happy Transfers was much lower and very easy to work with!
