I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. An urgent care - for Ortho injuries!! After checking in, I was able to complete the rest of the "paperwork" on my phone. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. I was immediately called back, had X rays and was diagnosed with a Radial fracture and was out of there within 90 minutes. This place is super efficient - everyone I encountered was amazing. So much better than going to the ER or urgent care - just to be sent home with a referral to follow up with an orthopedic doc. It's literally one stop shopping! Within 30 hours, on February 5th at 7:38 pm, I was found dead in their PACU by an attendant nurse ... having died of ACUTE HYPERCAPNIC RESPIRATORY FAILURE due to an OVERDOSE OF SEDATIVES ... for an MRI TEST. Dr. SUBER and his two associates could never diagnose my MG neurological disease ... despite my VERY POSITIVE AChR Test results at 3 am on February 10th, that another doctor ordered. I was TRACHED, PEGGED, CATHED, and sent UNDIAGNOSED to a DIGNITY Hospital downtown on February 27th on a late night ambulance run. Due to the fuckups of those three " Neurologists ???" at the BANNER HOSPITAL, I did not get out of the THIRD HOSPITAL till June 11, 2020. REFUSE HIM ... if you need a SPINAL TAP !!! The medical paper work that I recovered said it took him NINE "ATTEMPTS" to get a sample. Medical journals say that if you can't get a sample after THREE ATTEMPTS, ... you need to schedule it for another day or YOUR SPECIMEN RECOVERED will be faulty and UNUSABLE !!

It's not really a big deal but was surprising to me. When I got to the office all of the information I gave them over the phone was wrong. My address was wrong despite me spelling out my street name. I told them that I had a surgery in the past, a discectomy at the L4-L5 level. When I got to my appointment they had written down that I had a vasectomy. It was funny at first and I just assumed the girl heard me wrong on the phone. Then I started to get a little worried that an employee of a pain management facility, where they do spinal injections, thought that "vasectomy at the L4-L5 level," is a sentence that makes sense. Dr. Sraow is hands down the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He spent the majority of the appointment staring at his computer, talking about his sports betting habit and Netflix. I was the one who had to keep refocusing the conversation on my spinal problems, which was the only reason I was there. I don't care about your parlay bro, I care about my health. I wouldn't trust this guy to clean my toilets let alone stick a needle in my spine. They were then supposed to call me to set up an appointment for an injection but after not hearing from them for 6 weeks I called and told them not to bother.
