I have interviewed over 10 cabinet companies with no reply, just promises, then I never hear from them. Same with plumbers, drywallers, stucco companies etc. It is just mind boggling and I hear it is an issue here in Tucson. When I reached out to Courtney Cabinets via phone calls and followed up with additional phone calls no response. I wanted to let others know the lack of their professionalism and say, "Stay Away From Courtney". I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept, customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive.
