Told him I already have an appointment with "rooter" and he said i should cancel immediately and get All Pro out to my house. Well just a few short hours later, two of the nicest men came to my house and analyzed the problem, fixed it, gave me a recommendation on how to get a permanent fix, played with my dog and left me with more money in my wallet than I expected!!! Knew exact issue since I pulled out machine two days prior and observed it first hand. Second issue was bathroom tub dripping. Bill came out to $200. Guess how many issues were fixed? Zero. Laundry machine was pulled out and was told yup it's bad water pressure and I can fix it for $250 (on a separate visit). So nothing was done. Next two washers were installed on tub totalling $14.02. Didn't fix the problem. Was told a separate visit would be required to install a faucet kit that would be about $200. So why did I just pay $200 for this visit. He was here for a total of 1.5 hours max. That equals to $118 per hour for labor. I called and complained and was told the "minimum for a service starts at $118." "I'm in billing and that is the lowest bill I've seen in a while." I would be happy if at least one problem was fixed. But nothing was really fixed. I asked for a labor breakdown and they said they would have to call me back. I will never use this company ever again. There are better companies out there. Don't waste your money here and get price gouged.

This time my wife was convinced we needed a new hot water heater and we had some other minor leaky faucets and such that needed attention. So, I called and set up an appointment for the other day. There was a minor mix-up in the dispatch office on the morning of and the wrong guy with the wrong truck with the wrong orders showed up on time (that was nice). Several excited calls followed and then David showed at about 10 a.m. in the right truck with the right tools and the right parts to do the work. Removal and installation of the new tank went quickly as did the other plumbing issues. The point is, Silverado came through and took care of us while David was always friendly and polite. He worked quickly and expertly finishing everything it what seemed to be a short amount of time. Everything was cleaned up and it all works great now.
