After we got his contact info from Blue Star customer service, Luke (All Care Appliance) came to service our Blue Star range . He made scheduling a breeze and came when promised. We had called because we had found that our oven temperature was not holding and were having issues with our burners. Not only was Luke courteous and friendly, he explained features on our range we had not known for the 10+ years we've owned it. Based on our description of issues, he came with all new parts he anticipated needing to remedy the problems (saving us the need to pay for a second visit), and tweaked some things he noticed preemptively. Luke fixed our quirky Capital Culinarian oven. The oven and broiler had stopped igniting, and three years ago the oven light switch broke off. The range is seven years old. We were completely happy with Luke's service. First, he diagnosed the issues correctly. Then several weeks later he returned and replaced the switch and the oven igniter and cleaned out the broiler valve. Problems solved. We don't fault Luke for the long wait time -- the pandemic caused a huge backlog and one of the parts took a long time to arrive. I give a RAVE review to Luke, the owner and technician for Allcare Appliance Repair. Making an appointment was easy. He came when he said he would, and notified me when he was on his way. My Capital Stove broiler wasn't lighting, and he came prepared to replace the igniter, which he said is typically the problem. When he discovered the igniter was not the problem, he suspected the gas intake valve was clogged, and he ended up having to take the whole stove apart to clear the valve. He didn't charge for the extra time he had to spend. He's extremely knowledgeable, super nice, and more than fair in his charges. Ten stars for Luke! read more

Luke was recommended to me by Alfresco who is the manufacturer of my grill. This is my first review on Yelp but I was compelled to write about my experience. I wasn't at home and had told him that it was OK to go to the backyard and give me a call once he diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix the grill in no time, but he called and explained everything in detail. He also found something wrong with the initial installation that he corrected for me. Here's the story: I had a very old preowned range hood needed fix one day, so I called the broan company and they gave me two local numbers for the repair service, when I googled the review (thanks for the only one 5 star review on yelp) I decided to call all care appliance repair( I'm glad I made a right choice). I called and left luke a text message, he replied fast, he wanted to know my model number to preorder parts first so that he could fix in the same day. Since all of my kitchen appliances are all preowned, old and build in, I couldn't find any information at that time, luke taught me step by step, I send almost ten pictures about the hood, and he spend like a half day texting me, finally I figured out the model, the dimensions and other important infos about the hood, unfortunately my old one couldn't be fixed parts discontinued. Then luke helped me find the same dimension replacement new one, he told me the new model no., which store sells this model, answered me all the questions that I asked very patiently without any charge. Now the new one works perfectly at home, and I know without luke's help, I may not solve the problem easily. He really cares about his customers and professional too. read more
