I arrived 15 minutes early, around 10:45 AM, but the office was completely closed. The lights were off, no one was answering the phone, and I tried calling several times. I eventually went to the office next door to ask if I could check in there. They explained it was a different office but told me the staff was probably running a few minutes late. One of the staff arrived around 11:08 AM. While eight minutes may not seem like a major delay, the bigger concern was that the office was completely closed with no sign, notice, or communication letting patients know someone would be arriving late. The staff was nice and I understand that unexpected delays happen, but I believe a medical office should be open during its posted hours or at least communicate with patients when staff are running late. A simple notice or phone message would have made this experience much more professional.

Thankfully there was someone sitting next to her who was able to answer all my questions and make me feel that she actually cared. I paid a lot of money for the tests that Karen felt needed to be done which is fine but the wait to go over the results is ridiculous! The test in themselves take around 3 weeks to get back the results and then your put on a waitlist to make an appointment to go over the results. In the meantime time is just passing by and you're suffering with no answers! They need a better system for appointments to go over results. We pay all this money and it just feels like we're put on the back burner while waiting for an appointment.
