The facility was clean for the most part and everyone was friendly. I'm not sure who anyone was since Jon one wore a name badge as required by law. I was disappointed that they didn't have an imaging center and was sent to another facility for X-rays. I never filled out forms so whoever took my verbal information didn't input it correctly. I had to call later that afternoon because there was an issue with the prescription. They had my phone number wrong. I was then advised that they didn't have any consent forms so they couldn't share my information with my primary provider. I still don't know if they sent it. Although this might seem like I didn't get great service, it was better than going to Doctors for my emergency (which they sent me home on a level 9 pain). So I would go back to MUC before going back to Doctors. Update: I don't think I will go back there. They don't provide aftercare paperwork so I'm winging it with the foot pain. They don't communicate with each other and the one girl kept confusing me with another patient when I called to follow up on Saturday for my Monday visit. My emails go to one person but she's not there so they can't do anything until she returns Monday. This has gone from ok to bad quickly. I might as well have waited for my regular doctor since I only got an OTC topical pain reliever that barely does the job while I wait for paperwork to be accessed by someone on duty. (I have to wait weeks to months to see my regular doctor). read more

During covid these guys were awesome. Local and they've made the process of making appointments online pretty straight forward. I've also been seen a few times for other reasons and they really did take care of the issues. I understand covid, but if you don't want to book covid testing for free with insurance just let it be known. For the past week I have been checking in your site to make and appointment but can not even select the day before or morning of. It doesn't give a option on my ipad, phone,laptop or different browsers. When calling to ask no one answers at any location at any time, the mail box is full. Please fix these glitches and so forth. It gets really annoying for those who really need the rest but can't afford to spend $250 a wait 2 weeks on project baseline to get results for jobs that don't provide us covid testing. read more

I can't say about their actual care because they wouldn't even take us in. I brought my 6 year old daughter in for a very urgent matter, they wouldn't take me in without her medical card that I couldn't find at the moment. I had her passport, her social security card, her dads social security number since it's through his union. I called his union and they said they should be able to take me in with the number she gave me. They refused! So upsetting! read more

My daughter got sick while we were in Manteca on vacation. I started calling urgent care clinics and somehow was transferred to an employee's personal phone on his day off! He offered text a coworker and have them call me, which was so very kind! The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because they didn't take our insurance; although I didn't actually find any urgent care that did. When we got to the clinic, we received prompt, courteous, and thorough care from all staff members. read more

I called to ask about getting a copy and they said they can't give a copy, yet everywhere I ask, and even online, it states that a the place where one gets their vaccine card should be able to give a copy. I had a horrible experience, I waited hours to be seen and initially I was denied because of a simple health insurance issue, that was resolved in the parking lot. I posted a google review and the owner responded asking how things could be better.... But the personal email she sent was denying me service ever again. She stated that they will not accept my appointment because I would not recommend... instead of trying to fix the problem with her company, she insists on being rude and nasty. The difference here from other places is you get a sense that they care and listen. My grandson actually talks to the people there which is something he never does. I really love this place very nice providers and friendly staff. Yesterday was not a good day though. I went in for a rapid COVID test at 11:30am, supposed to get results by the end of the day. I called at 5:30pm to see about my results the girl who answerd stated they would call before 7pm. It was after 8pm when they called me with my results. I had to inform my job about results today in order for them to find coverage for me ( If in fact I have COVID which I didnt). Also they advised they would send me the results and a Dr note and I was not sent nothing. So I had to wait until the next day when they opened to call and ask. Which was an inconvenience for me since I missed an hour of work due to I needed this note to clear me for work. Very bad experience. This was supposed to be Rapid Testing!! read more

Needed to be seen for my daughter and thought we'd try and go back. The only thing they care about doing is rapid Covid tests @ $250 each, they have 4 or five people helping lines outside. Not one bothered to help as the door states wait outside until an m.a helps you, we waited, and waited. They keep calling people for the vaccine, which is great but not the only thing they do right? I can see three people in the waiting room. Finally a m.a comes out to tell a lady something who came out of the door ahead of me. She finished with her and the lady walked away, i thought I heard her say we aren't taking anyone else. So I stopped her from going back in (and completely ignoring us) I asked her if I heard right and she said yes they weren't taking anyone else. It was 5:30! They close at 7 and literally the three people were still sitting in the same spots. I don't know why I tried to go back I used to really appreciate the service and felt like it was somewhere we could rely on for things that happened with our kids or us when our doctor isn't available, now it seems like the answer Yelp reviews faster than they help people. read more

Whoever runs this clinics needs to know their staff lacks professionalism and understanding. It seems like children/teenagers are in charge. I'm not impressed by their no manager on site setup during a pandemic time. I've been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years, and this is why patients don't receive proper care due to facilities as such.
