Yesterday I had a physical examination at 1234 McHenry Ave. it was almost a delight due to the staff, the Nurse Practitioner and the kind young ladies who signed me in. I also like the free gifts. I chose a collapsing grabber to snag items too high for my 5'1ft, 1/2" height. I also chose a compact back scratcher. The entire experience was very pleasant! The examination went as smooth as silk. The staff is efficient and friendly. They helped me to relax so that I was capable of answering questions and adding cogent details when appropriate. All in all it was a truly pleasant experience. I like the clinic most staff is friendly, my medical assistant was really nice and she explained everything, i think she said her name was maria . . everything she will do she will explain to me. I did not like that there was one girl that came in to put a sensor on my feet she did not present herself not told me what she was going to do until the other told me and explained to me, that girl seem really rude to me and no manners, looked like she was mad. Truthfully, I came across the business card in my wallet when I was sorting stuff out. When I scan the code it came up as Modesto? I don't recall ever going to AllCare in Modesto? The only thing I can think of is when I did my 8-day Hospital stay and have my surgery? I was on a lot of medication so I'm not 100% sure. But when it comes to AllCare, they have always treated me well. So they deserve a good review, regardless. read more

In extreme pain in left hand and numbness in my right hand. After a month was able to get an appointment with an Orthopedic doctor in Turlock CA. Went to that appointment on March 19th 2025. After 3 weeks when I call for a follow up, I am informed that a EMG by a neurologist is required before getting injections. The referral to the neurologist was received today, 5 weeks later. The neurologist's office then informs me their first opening for the EMG test, is at the end of July. I call the insurance to see if there is any alternative as I am in pain. Response? No! Sorry! I had a wonderful neurologist that said, she could not deal with All Care. Today, I can see why. read more

AllCare is so how responsible for approving my claims for UHC medical appointments. Every year they do an annual assessment and go over all my health concerns. I go to the Manteca office. This is my 2nd year w/UHC I have to say so far it is the best care I have ever had. I feel welcomed, visible, and heard when I go there. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and caring. As far as insurance it's been good insurance so far as I've had it for @ least 5+ years. But lately, my biggest headache is calling them & trying to get information from the call center. Last year's problem was the Access card. The website was no longer working properly. Calling them 4 info left me with still nothing. Another problem is calling their customer service line. Very rarely do I get someone who speaks good English or can reply to me with the English they know the info i have requested. I feel like they don't understand & they are just giving me the basic info they know For instance, the plan allows you 40 visits per year for chiropractic visits BUT that is not the question you asked. But they heard "Chiropractor" so they give you the info they think you want. They need to hire some staff that knows English so they can understand what is needed not what they think we need. read more

Horrible company. The provider hand book that is sent out to patients is so out of date. Most of the providers are either retired, moved out of the area or dead. Personally I was sent a referral for a Dr. Eisenberg who is a urologist. To date I have not been contacted for a appointment. It's been four months. I also use durable equipment which are female catheters which come from Bryam medical supply Co. Bryam has informed me that I am only going to be supplied 120 catheters for 3 months as per orders from All Care. Well guess what All Care I cath myself five 5 to six 6 timed a day /night. I am not going to start washing or boiling the catheters for reuse. All Care is living in the stone age. It's time to move up to the 21st century. Shirley F Martinez read more

My primary care doctor recently sent me to All Care for a health assessment. I was so pleased to be sent to this organization. I walked into a very clean, bright, well organized office that was staffed by very friendly, efficient people. There was a table with fruit, water and snacks and a sign invited me to help myself, there was also a station where a few tablets were available for use while waiting. I was checked in immediately and only waited less than 5 minutes to be called. I was ushered into a large exam room and accompanied by a very friendly and pleasant person who took a very thorough medical history from me in the exam room and offered me referrals for mammogram, colonoscopy, and whatever tests my doctor felt were necessary. During this assessment various people came in to take blood, check my circulation, etc. All the people I interacted with were introduced to me and completely explained what they would be doing, and the tests results were given before I left the office. At the end of the assessment I met with a PA who answered any of my questions and explained how the results of all my tests would be sent to my primary care physician for his records. As I left, I was encouraged to help myself to any of the items set out on a large counter, such as water bottles, cough drops, tea, and use the tote bag that was given to me when I registered. I was also given a $100 gift certificate that is issued to any patient that makes an appointment for an assessment. A very pleasant place and a very pleasant experience overall. read more

New insurance went for yearly visit. They were a lot more through than what I had at my annual visit with my doctor.

The staff at All Care are phenomenally caring. I came in today for an appointment and it turned it out I mis-understood the girl who schechules the appointments. I was supposed to come in tomorrow but I came in on the wrong day. The front staff still made it possible for me to stay and be seen. I wish I could say positive things about the NP who saw me. She seemed very rushed and in-caring about my situation or medical concerns. She also seemed to insinuate that I take opioids!!!!! I reiterated to her that I have only in my life been prescribed opioid's maybe two or three times in my life. I do not now take opioids and do not plan to start. I also felt that perhaps I was being judged because I told the NP I didn't care much for western medication. read more

I've been a patient with AllCare for a couple of years now. I have a yearly physical there. What I like about this group is that they are very accommodating in scheduling. Even at the lunch hour. The staff is very professional but treats me like a friend. Actually, they talked to me like a friend and asks me about my home life. Then AllCare gives you a gift cards and some take home goodies. Then a nurse comes in, goes over you health information. Blood pressure, blood test and the fun urine sample . Then Kristin comes in, looks over my information, listens to my heart. She has always looks me in the eyes and asks how I've been since my last visit. We talk, asks about how my medications are doing. Then she asks if there is anything she can help me with or anything she can tell me that may help me. If have the power to stay with AllCare I never want to leave them.
