MILLION $ SMILE When we started doing research for our child's braces over a year ago we visited about six doctors. All of them were all about the same price not including the o so doctor who was obviously looking for a down payment on his 100 foot yacht. Sorry I'm not your personal banker. Not only were we looking for prices but we wanted to hear what all the doctors had to say about treatment. We were also looking for a doctor and staff we felt comfortable with. When we met Dr. Kusnoto here, we were instantly connected to him. He was kind, happy and always smiling. We are positive people and we were so happy to meet a doctor that loved his job. He was also eager to help create an amazing smile for our child. The most important thing is that our child also liked him. We visited every month for 16 months for adjustments, new brace colors and new placement of rubber bands. Fast forward to yesterday and our child got the braces removed. The smile wasn't bad t start with but there was one rogue tooth that had a mind of its own and was threatening to derail the smile. The tooth was no match for Dr. Kusnoto, as he showed that tooth who was the boss. Now we are on to the retainer phase. Our child looks like a young adult right now with the braces removed. I want to give a huge thanks to Dr. Kusnoto and his whole staff. Everyone was amazing from the incredible girls at reception. We had some amazing conversations about travel and food at the front desk. I will definitely miss that. I also want to thank the dental assistants. They were always great and made sure our child was happy with the color on her braces and willing to change it, if we didn't like the color. The best part was Dr. Kusnoto. He is a kind soul and does an incredible job. I can not thank you enough for all of the amazing work. We truly appreciate your dedication and professionalism. So if your child needs braces, then I highly recommend you stop in for a consultation. Dr. Kusnoto is fantastic and I know you'll appreciate him, once you meet him. I first started coming here 7 years ago for braces treatment, and recently visited again for a quick update on my retainer. It's so great to see again the familiar, kind faces of the front office staff and the charming Dr. Kusnoto. During this time, the place is very hygienic and has many covid-19 sanitary protocols in place (staggered appointments, socially distanced seats, plenty of hand sanitizer and mouthwash), making it welcome. The procedure was quick, gentle and very professional. Dr Kusnoto is an expert at orthodontic procedures and you can feel relaxed due to his extensive experience, both in academia and in the orthodontic center. I would not recommend going to Dr. Kusnoto for for braces primarily based off my experience. I have now gotten my braces off about 3.5 years ago. Recently my dentist told me I have gum recession as a result of my braces and likely trauma to my teeth from my braces. I went to him for treatment for about 2 years and admittedly got my braces off early thankfully before any further trauma. From the outset in preparation for getting my braces, the situation was honestly awful. I had a huge cavity and needed to get a root canal, which I did on recommendation. Given that I had malocclusion, teeth needed to be pulled which was completely fine in order to close my open bite. What was not fine, was that the X-ray for my teeth given to me to bring to my dentist was incorrectly marked, and 4 of my teeth were incorrectly removed as a result of their error. I had all my molars pulled on accident essentially including the one I had been told to get a root canal on. When I realized that all the wrong teeth had been pulled, I freaked out, as how would they fix missing adult teeth. The molars are the worst for the reason aside from chewing, they are the biggest, so leave a huge gap to be closed which was not his original intention. I was told not to worry and that it could be fixed. Fine. You think that they'd be more inclined to check their x-rays and directions twice. Ultimately that was pretty much that start to my gum recession. My top teeth ended up fine luckily as there were too many teeth crowding up there. However the solution to close my bottom teeth were to bring my teeth inward towards each other and use my wisdom teeth in place of my molars. There kept being delays to my treatment for one misadjustment and misstep after another ultimately continually delaying me getting my braces off. What ultimately the fix was, was to pull my bottom inward making them slanted inward, in order to close the gap left by the loss of my molars. Basically ultimately what I ended up with was my bottom teeth slanted backward in a very ugly way to my horror in contrast to my top bite which ended up being straight. It was the only way provided that I had such a large gap to be closed. This was almost near the end of my treatment. I immediately asked for my braces to be removed as that was ultimately not what I wanted to live with. Ultimately having my bottom teeth pulled back caused my gums to recede as I guess in a way it pulled them partially out of my gums causing trauma. I was given a retainer, but also admittedly chose not to wear it, as it would have kept my bottom teeth permanently slanted back. Which was both awkward and uncomfortable to chew with aside from being incredibly ugly. Overtime, my bottom teeth straightened back out not being forced back which actually ended up being better for my teeth from a visual and comfort perspective and from my dentists perspective prevented me from suffering more severe gum recession. However I now have gaps in my bottom bite that will likely never be closed as the space is too small for dental implants and I'm not sure braces again will fix it. Thankfully, I was told the alignment of my top and bottom bite would prevent the bottom bite from further shifts. Getting braces was not the worst decision I ever made, as my bite now after having them and not wearing my retainer, looks better than the malocclusion. However, choosing to go to a dental office who couldn't even take the time of day to make sure such an important thing that would ultimately affect the rest of my treatment and my dental health was correct, was probably the worst decision I ever made. And now I suffer the consequences. I was angry for a really long time about what happened to me. Now I'm just sad, as the decision to go to Allcare still affects me negatively 3.5 years later. Although with some people, I'm sure they have great results, as I came here on a recommendation by a family friend, that was simply not my experience. I'd say proceed at your own risk. read more

Worst service ever! I have my braces 9 years ago, when that time they told me that I only need to wear retainer for 2 years, after 2 years my retainer is dirty and broken so I throw it away. Recently my friend that have her braces here told me that the retainer have to wear for lift long. I was shocked and none of the staff told me that before! All they told me is 2 Years! So I went back to ask , they said it was too long, whoever told you is not here anymore, it's your problem, not our center . Which is very nice of these people, the lady that took care of me 9 years ago was gone but her sister was still there! She was hiding in a office room and refused to see me ! I spend a few thousand dollars here for my braces, and I will throw away my retainer and put myself in risk when a few years later my teeth moving around, yeah and then I will come back for another braces for another few thousand dollars here! All they told me is just all my fault , they have no problem and have no responsibility for what they said before! What a great orthodontic center. I told a lot of my friends to have braces here. I hope they didn't have what I have , from now on I will not tell any people to come here! Worst experience ever!
