Dr Stino ruined my teeth - I spent a Ton of money & on the last day she filed between my teeth & shaved off the length of all my teeth without my permission- literally every time I eat I get gunk in my teeth also you cannot replace enamel - I also was not a candidate for Invisalign as she did not disclose upfront that I would need to wear mouth liners every night for the rest of my life . Additionally I was missing a tooth in back on top so my teeth became " over rotated " I think I spent $27k - she should have referred me for braces - which is what I told her I wanted & she pushed for Invisalign ( $7,000) my bottom teeth are more crooked now than when I came in ! Lol when I told her I was upset about her filing my teeth down - looks very chopped off and there is Space between my teeth now that shows daylight between my teeth - she told me " Im concerned about you" ie gaslighting - I wish I never set foot in this office such a disappointment. The rest of the staff is super nice & Dr Stino also nice but I have never been to a Dentist that just did whatever they wanted & tell you about it afterward- extremely presumptuous- without explaining and Asking permission. Given a choice I would have said no don't file my teeth ! They are really hard to clean because at the gum line there is less enamel - read more

I cannot recommend this place enough. The professionalism and quality of care is top tier. I bit into something very hard over the weekend and was scared to death because it caused my teeth to wiggle. I made an emergency appointment and they took all the steps to ensure a proper diagnosis-- bruised ligaments connecting to the tooth. The front desk lady was nice and so were all the other employees I interacted with even offering various beverages and snacks. Dr Stino exemplifies great service on the surface level, however when she makes massive mistakes she does not take ownership. I once was an avid ambassador of the office but will never return. I've waited 5 years to write this review (that's how disturbed I was) and have additional photos to share with anyone that would like to see how my teeth were damaged and steps she took to try and cover it up. In summary, she took a shortcut and filed the back of my front teeth during my Invisalign treatment to reduce the bite friction (which was never suppose to happen nor ever disclosed). I asked if this would effect the way they look and she said I wouldn't notice a thing. See images, do you agree with her? Not long ago, My whole mouth was a disaster. My "natural" bite had been altered over the years by piecemeal works. Together with my uncontrollable grinding, they gradually damaged my natural teeth, implant crowns and bridges. On top of that, due to the missing molar teeth on one side of my mouth, I could only chew on one side. I decided to go for restoration. For two years, I went through multiple surgeries for tooth pull, root canals, bone graft, and tooth implants. For months, I could not eat normally when wearing whole lower part or upper part orthotics. But it was all worth it as it finally came to an end! Now, I have a new mouth! I like going to the denstist! Not many people can say that, but Water Tower makes it enjoyable, for real! The staff are so nice. Dr. Aneszko makes you feel so comfortable and always asks how you are doing throughout any procedures. I had a few cavities, and they offer to show you the exrays and pictures of them, so you can actually see them and whatever else is going on inside your mouth and teeth. Good things: -TV's on the ceiling so you can watch while being worked on -Chocolate Chip Cookies (somtimes warm!) at the front desk -Most comfy exam chairs I've ever sat my behind in -They offer the Care Card, which allows you to pay over time instead of all at once -They had a happy hour and invited all their clients! I've been going here for the last 12 years. That should say something about how I feel about this place. The "entrance" can be confusing, but I used to go to school and work nearby, so it's never been an issue for me. The staff is highy professional and well qualified for the not so fun task of dealing with me and my teeth. When I didnt have dental insurance, the cost can be a bit high, but they worked within my budget. Also, I dont get too worked up about the cost when I see they hav emore equipment than the Starship Enterprise. One final note: My last visit involved drilling(I needed a few fillings). They were nice enough to let me use noise cancelling headphones with my ipod to make things easier. Nothing like blasting Death Magnetic while your teeth are getting drilled. Update: I should also point out the office have been very helpful with me maximising my insurance option. I was able to split my last visit's bill between my insurance as well as my wife's. They gave me a comprehensive plan of action and what needed to be done now and what could wait which in turn allowed me to plan my flex spending money appropriately. Q3) are your teeth sensitive? A3) Yes, very - Their response? They use warm water on my teeth DON'T WAIT!!! Make an appointment! All of the other things, memory foam chairs, TV, Epresso/Tea machine, cookies, $50 gift cards and noise cancelling speakers while they are drilling or doing any work, always asking how you are feeling, NOT FEELING SHOTS AS THEY GO IN (i thought that was impossible) are all just extra perks. I'll let you all know upfront: I am the biggest wimp in the world. Needles nearly make me pass out. But, between the happy gas, Dr. Stino's gentle hand and wonderful chair-side manner, getting four fillings was practically a walk in the park. They give you an iPod, sunglasses -- you're in your own happy little world! I've been back many times in the past few years just for cleanings and whitening and it's an actual treat. I've actually had to stop Dr. Stino during a checkup because she and the hygenist (Tiffany, I believe) were making me laugh so hard. So, beyond the social/comfort aspect, these docs are high-tech. They know their stuff and have state-of-the-art equipment. And they're always doing continuing education programs and donating to charities. Does it get any better? Don't think so. The customer service blew me away. the staff was most patient and understanding of my needs, and they were well informed when it came to referring specialists in related fields. (I had needed oral surgery and braces, and they knew of people close to my workplace) Though I had to stop visiting for a while, what brought me back was the customer service and sense of compassion that they had for their patients. these are traits that you don't always find in medical professions. when I started, Dr. Jennifer Moran was the owner, Dr. Daniel Anesko certainly continues to meet or exceed the standards set by Dr. Moran. I needed to find a new dentist when i transfered all of my doctors to the city. I had a client refer me to Dr. Daniel Aneszko. I called to make an appointment and the wonderful reception had to ask all of these "new patient questions" and she was so sweet over the phone. I love the text confirmation, email confirmation, as well as the phone call. They were really great about confirming. The text is the best for me. I had to get all of these tests/xrays done since I was a new patient, but all of his technology and equiptment is up to date and brand spankin new. I had digital xrays taken of my whole mouth and some other tests i never heard of. Very welcoming. Going to the dentist isn't what I like to do on my free time, but they were so great. Dr. Aneszko showed me what the last dentist did to my fillings and we are going to work on fixing his mistake. If you refer a friend you and that friend get a $50 gift certificate to one place off of this list of places so that was neat. (feel free to say my name!) Even though I always went to my dentist three times a year , they never offered me a good dental plan to make my dental health last forever. I needed veneers from all the grinding I have done my whole entire life. I was down to my Dentin. My dentist in Scottsdale put a plan together for my smile and to preserve my own teeth. This plan just didn't sit right with me. So, I flew in to see Dr. Anesko and his team. From the minute I got there and all through my consultation I felt this was going to be the best option. So, I decided to go with what Dr. Anesko suggested. 20 veneers with a custom night guard. Not only was my experience amazing like my smile, the price of each veneer was $500 less than the dentist in Scottsdale. So I got 20 veneers for the price of 10 Arizona veneers. The cost is truly irrelevant because Dr Anesko's team that assisted him was fantastic. Jasmine knew what she was doing and she explained everything she was doing to me and why. I never felt regret or fear while Dr Anesko was working on my teeth. I was given temporaries that looked amazing! When it was time for the permanent teeth Raul made me feel relaxed and we laughed about all the crazy things I was trying to say while I had a plastic utensil in my mouth. Here was my case: I had two crowns, teeth 8 & 9 (two front upper teeth), and one had a root canal. Sports injury, and these crowns were placed about 8 years ago. I was never happy with the appearance and hated smiling. My gums weren't symmetrical, there was some discoloration around the gum, and the look was very "fake." I did some research and decided to go in and see Dr. Aneszko at Water Tower Dental. This was based on several different reviews (from multiple sites). He was very thorough, great personality, answered all of my questions, even the staff was amazing. Over the course of 8 weeks (from initial consultation to final treatment), I went from unhappy with my smile to now smiling all the time. The entire team did a phenomenal job, very happy with the outcome. I had two new crowns placed (they look VERY real, great detail), gums laser contoured, and zoom whitening. Some comments about the price: Who cares about the cost? Your smile is everything, why would you bargain??? Yes, there will always be "cheaper" but expect to also get cheap treatment and cheap looking results. Any difference between Water Tower Dental and a competing practice is negligible (a few hundred dollars when you're spending several thousand...I'll spend more to get awesome service and results from someone I'm comfortable with). I highly recommend this practice for cosmetic (Dr. Aneszko at least, I don't have any experience with the other dentists). After reading many ratings, I settled on Water Tower Dental Care. This was an excellent choice. The practice is small with two dentists and several hygienists and other specialized people (X-rays, pictures, impressions, etc.). They have all the new equipment plus stuff to make the whole experience easier on the patient. There are TVs on the ceiling ( your choice of shows) or maybe just your favorite music thru the high quality headphones. Yes, this actually helps! Besides the hi tech equipment, equally important is the persuasive attitude of consideration for the patient's comfort. This was apparent is all aspects of treatment: applying lip moisturizer so necessary stretching is comfortable, waiting while the applied numbing gel to work before giving the shot, blotting excess water, etc. Now, I have a natural looking smile. She is extremely warm and always explains everything in great detail before doing anything. Dr. Aneszko and the rest of the Water Tower Dental team are amazing. I hate the dentist... it always hurts, they always judge you, and just, really, I'd rather be almost anywhere. But, I just got home from a 3.5 hour appt. (yes that's typed correctly), and even though the drugs have finally worn off, I'm still pretty comfortable. The office suites are clean and relaxing, everyone who works there actually seems to enjoy working there, and they go out of their way not to hurt you. Even better, if you refer someone, you get a $50 gift card (Target, Lettuce Entertain You, etc.) AND the person you referred gets a $50 gift card too. How awesome is that?! And, even without this perk, I'd still recommend everyone I know to go there (I already have started going through my list of people.) I found out they don't take my insurance, they aren't open on weekends or evenings and after speaking with Catherine who answers the phone, I understand what the hype is. She took the time to answer all my questions regarding different treatments, thanked me for letting her know my fears and gave me options of what they can do to make me comfortable when I come in. I had my 6-month cleaning, and just as I remembered, they really do well with my teeth - I love them! Everyone is always very considerate about comfort and managing the slightest pain with great care. The whole team at this office is fantastic. My dentist is Dr. Steeno, and Lisa is doing my whitening. I went ahead and came back for the whitening for a couple of reasons. 1) I'd never had it, and at 40 it's probably about time I took care of coffee stains and whatever else dims my teeth. 2) Right now, 100% of the proceeds are being used for free dental care in the Dominican Republic. I'm not sure the option for proceeds going for care in the Dominican Republic is always available, but I thought it was just nice that my elective teeth whitening dollars are used to care for people that would otherwise go without dental care at all. This review is probably way overdue since I've been a patient here for about 7 years or so roughly, and plan to continue to be one for a long time. The office and staff are pretty much perfect from the moment you step in the door. The cozy waiting area has a refreshment fridge and comfortable seats so you can check your iPhone and take a deep breath before your appointment. I've never waited more than a couple of minutes because they run their schedule like a well-oiled machine. That is saying quite a lot because there is nothing that will kill it for me like keeping me waiting and waiting forever. That just doesn't happen here. Ever. I've had some dental drama to deal with and they do their level best to make you as comfortable as possible with the following..... - TV's with a wide assortment of shows on the ceiling to distract you .... check - Headphones if you need them for your quiet listening pleasure.....check - Ipod in case you forgot yours.....check - Light-weight safety glasses to protect you from any water spray etc....check - Carefully applied moistening gloss for your lips to keep you from getting chafed lips during your appointment ......check I've become part of the cult-like following of Adriana's (one of the hygienists). I've never experienced anyone so passionate and intense about cleaning teeth but she has totally converted me. She does a great job of educating me about everything and now my home routine is one she would be proud of. Both Dr. Stino and Dr. Aneszko are compassionate caring professionals who really care about their patients overall well -being. Water Tower Dental is hands down the best dental experience one can get. I just left their office and couldn't wait to write a review. I went to Dr. Aneszko looking for a way to improve my smile and he did a GREAT job. I used to have a very "gummy" smile that I was self-conscious about and small teeth that were slightly tilted back in the front. Dr. Aneszko gave me a new smile (although very natural!) by contouring my gum-line and putting veneers on my four front teeth--such an amazing difference. Besides my new smile, the patient experience was great. Dr. Aneszko and his staff do everything they can to make you feel completely comfortable. Dr. Anezsko actually called me to check in on me and see if I had any questions (and he reads and returns emails)! And, his partner, Dr. Stinto is great too. I have a problem with grinding my teeth while sleeping and accidentally knocked one of my temporary teeth off in the middle of the night. I called first thing on Saturday morning (office is closed) and Dr. Stinto came in and fixed me right up (Dr. Aneszko was out of town). The best dentist! Ever! Dr. Anezko is great and put my nerves at ease when explaining the procedure (crowns) which I was a little bit nervous about. I can't explain enough about how friendly the staff is and how organized of an office environment they create for you. Let's face it, no one wants to go to their dentist. But that being said though, WTD makes everything so much the more reasonable and manageable. The entrance can be a little bit confronting. But, this will probably only mix you up for a minute. The end experience is worth it and you will get used to the entrrance. Not sure what the other's complaints about the charges would be about. I never had this problem. I think maybt the person's problem is that their insurance program wasn't that great, I feel bad about this but it's unfair to blame your dentist. I always had more than professional service and everything was more than explained to me, all upfront. It's nice to be in the Water Tower Area so that you can also take care of some shopping, or even grab a bite to eat, a half hour after the fluoride treatment... of COURSE! read more

I have been visiting this practice for many, many years. Dr.s Aneszko and Stino -- and every member of the office staff -- are hands down the best. Their preventive care has always been top-notch, but I recently had a bad fall and lost a few teeth in the process and I have to say that this is where they have outshone even themselves. Dr. Stino and the entire staff, particularly dental assistants Fachon and Raul, were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. I went to WTDC to set up an Invisalign consultation and they were very quick, but thorough in explaining cost, duration, procedure, and payment options. They were open and welcome to any and every question I had and I decided to go ahead with it. They very much knew what they were doing, which was much appreciated, as I had an unfortunate experience earlier in my life where I had metal braces on top of a device called a MARA that we found out, after a year of wearing it, had been put in incorrectly and hadn't been doing its job the entire time. They were always friendly and professional and accommodating with rescheduling and the like. All in all, whether you just want a routine cleaning or something more long term, like braces, they're perfect for the job. read more
