Before the new ownership, it was an intimate experience. The pharmacists knew everyone who walked in that door. They made sure we were satisfied with our medications. They always knew all of our prescriptions. They would call or text when prescriptions were ready for pickup, they always had prescriptions on file; there was NEVER a time they didn't have a prescription. Now, it's unorganized. The pharmacists never call or text when a prescription is ready. Sometimes you call and ask if prescriptions are ready and they ask you "which ones?". Shouldn't they know what we need? We are regulars. It's the same ones all the time. We are so disappointed in the service and the dynamic of Jonathan's. They play trashy music, which isn't appealing. The pharmacists don't greet when we come in. No smiles. If Jonathan knew about how it's ran today he would be SO disappointed. I wish he never retired. He knows how to run a business. This is my local pharmacy. It is open from 8:30AM until 9:00PM seven days a week. The Pharmacy is…read moreusually well staffed. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes to fill a prescription. Only once in the past three years has the pharmacy been out of one of my medications, and they were able to get it by the next day. The pharmacy has three large shelves filled with non-prescription medications. The far shelf is reserved exclusively for vitamin and mineral supplements. The other two larger shelves hold things like aspirin, Advil, medicated powders, hemorrhoid and menstrual supplies, etc. There are also two free standing shelves in the middle of the room: one for eyewear and the other for foot issues. In the far corner is a dispenser for the disposal of insulin syringes and unused medications. Upon entering the pharmacy, to the right is the line to place orders and make inquiries. And to the left is the line to pick up your prescriptions once they are filled. There are electronic notification screens about 8 feet up, both in the pharmacy and in the adjacent room. Your name will appear on them when your prescription is ready to be picked up. Also, one of the attendants will call you so that you don't have to wait in line. The two downsides of this pharmacy are: 1). It is not open 24 hours. 2). The wait for pharmacy phone calls during peak times can be as long as three hours. However, the automated system will take your number and call you back when your turn arrives. Overall, this is a well supplied and well staffed modern pharmacy that can fulfill all of your needs, unless your need is at midnight.

When I recieve the bill both are charge on my bill. Had to call KP to try and get it fixed. Then I sent my $10.00 copy. They submitted it for $100.00 now I'm working to recover $90.00. TARGET said it's KP issue KP said it's a Target clinic issue. So now I'm working with my bank to get my money back. Shady business practice. I'm staying away. Received my prescription and walked 30 feet next door (to the Target Pharmacy) to fill them. The only thing I can say is the nurse practitioner felt rushed and a little judgmental. This location just opened Monday. We will see what it's like in a few months.
