Updated review: Unless you choose to deliberately spend time chasing down this practice for poor billing practices, I'd find another place for urgent care. I have been chasing down their billing office for a Lab Corp bill that I received that is covered by insurance. Allcare billed the wrong insurance company, and I continue to receive delinquent bill payment notices from Labcorp. Despite filing two tickets with Allcare, the issue has t been resolved in five months. Absolutely ridiculous. Allcare is seeking to be your primary care physician. We bought into that and gave it a chance. Now, I regret it. Absolutely clueless folks working in the billing and payments section. I wouldn't send my enemies here. read more

The two stars are only for the two pediatric drs there we have seen. Dr kazmi and Dr Robinette are 10 star doctors, however the office staff and high turn over as well as all the hoops are the reason this place deserves zero stars. This office is hard to reach and reception at the "main location" is terrible. Most of the time no one picks up. I have noticed that unlike other dr offices you can only be seen with an appointment. Which is fine and dandy for wellness visits but when sickness happens sporadically you are basically forced to go elsewhere. My little girl has been sick (negative covid) for 4 days. They won't see her because of the symptoms without a covid test they preform. Before that test can even be done you need a televisit. Once that's done then you can wait in the covid line and then schedule an appointment. The hoops are ridiculous and as others have said a disgrace on the medical profession. Because of the service, despite the amazing drs we may need to look elsewhere. I see now why the turnover is so high here. As an adult I've had to switch drs about 4 times. It's the same for my husband. As a professional I would not want to be associated with the clerical staff... read more

I went to them because of a sore throat and a lump on my neck they did unnecessary covid tests and blood check and gave me a prescription of one antibiotic, but they charged more than a thousand dollars and kept sending extra bills. read more

They fail to respond to any messages. You will not be able to see doctors until your balance is cleared. I have spent over $400 in test alone and that is with insurance included. There is no communication with the doctor outside of an appointment. Doctors are not available every week. read more

I went for routine testing & was told I had to come back because blood testing was done for the day. I told the nurse that I would come back but she told me to stay because I'll still get a test done that day. I waited an hour for the doctor to come just to give me a paper to tell me to come back for both tests. Why would I wait an hour for a paper that I didn't even need to come back & get blood testing? This place is a mess and after coming for years just because it is close to where I leave I am done because: - Today I had an appointment made online that they did not honor because they said it was not showing in their system; - When you have an appointment they are almost never on time and you end up wasting a lot of time; - you cannot have a family doctor because the turnover is so big that MDs (when they are MDs, which is not always the case here) are different each time you come; - Our assigned pediatrician though nice had to be booked weeks in advanced and only worked on certain days and hours which is a problem when your kid is sick; and - The attitude of the front desk attendants is a major turnoff as devoid of any customer service skills even when you make every effort to be accommodating to them instead of them to you. Ultimately healthcare is a business and this business does not deserve clients. Total waste of time and run-around. Go to Patient First and save yourself time and a headache. Scheduled an app online for an in person visit. Arrive to the door and won't be let in due to my symptoms, understandable, so we set up a virtual visit. This should have been on the website before i spent 20 bucks on an uber. The building has poor reception, so I call the front desk asking for the wifi. They ask for my information and date of birth, put me on hold and the call disconnects. I call back, I'm asked the same information, then told they don't give out the wifi. Why wasn't this communicated from the beginning. Waste of time. read more

What I liked was that the doctor took her time and answered my questions.I could tell she knew a lot that was could be helpful to me. My main concern comes next. I was taken aback when I was answering a question about which doctors I've seen in the past and the doctor asked what's wrong with you and said you have all these things. I certainly did not find it funny but she seemed to find it very funny. That comment from the doctor made me more cautious and hesitant to tell her more information. No way around it, it made me uncomfortable. That is not how I want to feel at the doctors office. I know doctors aren't perfect. However, I feel that more care could have been taken in this particular instance to choose words more carefully and have more tact. read more

Corporate greed in medicine should be shocking, but it's not because of how common it is. Profit motive creates perverse incentives that encourage billing for unnecessary visits which is exactly what Allcare does. Other providers will give you referrals and refills without billing for another visit. Allcare won't. In fact, they will refuse to give you just a lab appointment. They want to bill for the physician and the lab work even if the physician is unnecessary. What a money grab. Corporate healthcare exists to siphon wealth. ***TriCare Fraud*** AllCare is NOT within the TriCare network. Service members beware, do not send your family to this (or any) AllCare facility. AllCare stated in person, over the phone, and advertises on their website that they are within the TriCare network, but I can confirm that they are not. AllCare will tell you over and over that they are in network, but eventually you will receive a bill and TriCare will bill it as out of network. Drive thru. Covid testing. This is the worst thing I've ever had done without anesthesia. I think these people made the sampling unnecessarily uncomfortable for me. The Dr. told me it was a rapid antigen test, with a PCR confirmation if negative. From the start I had words with the guy. I confirmed that i came for rapid covid antigen, PCR and throat swab to r/o b-strep. He said, they did PCR in that little trailer. I disagreed with him. PCR is a very sensitive lab procedure. I should know. HE DISAPPEARED and They made me wait 25 mins in my car...there was no one in line there. Finally a lady comes out and does the throat swab. Then the PCR swab and rapid covid antigen test with a nasal brush. I could not take this. So she attempted to do a deep sinus sampling free hand, one for each nostril, for each test. It was awful. I told her the last place I needed a rapid antigen test, i was allowed to swab my own orifices. She then said, thats why it probably came back negative. I told her it came back negative because i Don't have covid. These folks are samplers. They swab throats and nasal passages. Do not p*ss these people off before the sampling, you will regret it. I will never submit to this again, it was awful...yeah i know i must be a baby. read more

I was informed by my doctor to go for a Covid testing. I wasn't aware that they stopped Covid testing at 7pm so I arrived at approximately 8pm which is around when they close. I assume the line would be long and I would just make the last person and my drive was relatively long. I walked inside as the door was wide open and was met with a very frigid response. I may or may not have Covid and the staff showed no concern, no care--only wondered why I walked in. Didn't provide me with a time to come back, didn't ask any follow-ups. They didn't say anything much other than to ask why I was there. One staff informed of the hours but the other staff gave off a very rude uncaring attitude which in the medical field is alarming to see. He filled out the paperwork prior & everything. when we arrived they told us they accepted his insurance but they could not see him due to them not being his primary care doctor.. it doesn't matter if you are someone's primary care doctor or not, your not suppose to turn down someone. that's discrimination. I should've read the Yelp reviews before going here and wasting an entire morning. I went in for ear-throat pain and before even seeing me, the provider told the technician who took my blood pressure that I needed to go outside (of the building) to get COVID testing. I was baffled because I didn't exhibit any COVID symptoms. Nobody could give me any additional explanation other than the appointment will be virtual now, so I walked out to my car and awaited further instructions. When I connected with the provider, she explained that the reason I needed to be outside was because they see immunocompromised patients so anyone needing testing would put those patients at risk. This didn't make any sense since I've been to countless urgent care clinics and hospitals and private doctor practices and I've never been told to leave the building. The provider then goes on to assert that I had a chronic post nasal drip. I told her I didn't have that, I have pain in my left ear and left side of the throat. She said something along the lines of "I'm only going off the notes." Ok, the notes were from over a year ago, when I went for a weirdly long lasting post nasal drip. She didn't bother to ask if I was still experiencing that, only made the assertion that that was one of my symptoms. She concludes the visit by telling me I needed a strep test and that they only do testing in the back of the building. I walk back there to investigate this back-of-the-building testing area and encountered a technician who told me that all of his testing supplies were expired so no testing could occur that day. He also said all testing must be done in a car. I found this so bizarre because what if someone didn't own a car, or they lived nearby and walked over? Also, how do ALL of your testing supplies expire all at once? Basically, I walked off with zero treatment. I tried calling a number listed for a different AllCare location to inquire about strep testing, only to get hung up on TWICE. On the third try, I found out it was a central hotline so the representative transferred me to someone who supposedly worked at the AllCare location I was trying to reach. This person confirmed I could get a strep test there, so I drove over to this location. Surprise! No testing occurs at this location! Turns out, whoever I spoke to did not work at this location because the staff I encountered there didn't ever speak to me! I finally got treatment at another urgent care, which treated me with dignity and respect. I came home and wrote a lengthy Google review for AllCare to express my frustration. By the next morning, AllCare replied to my review and provided an email address to submit additional information about my experience. I emailed them within an hour of reading their reply. It has now been almost a week and no one has replied from that email, which leads me to think that AllCare only cares about the APPEARANCE of caring when someone posts a negative review. They don't actually follow up on any issues because they DON'T CARE. DO NOT GO TO ALLCARE! read more

Customer service -100. This place is a JOKE. We have been coming here for a little over 2 years on and off. Every time I swear it's my last because it's always such a joke and the staff is so beyond rude. Today is REALLY my last. Today, my partner had a 10:15 telemedicine appointment. Finally at 11 am, after him being on the zoom waiting for a doctor I called. They told us he had a balance from his last visit and he asked why it hasn't been billed to insurance. They of course had NO response. So they were going to let him wait on the call for who knows how long and not communicate that? Over 30 minutes later a doctor from a different location called for his appointment. THEN we pull up to the testing center and wait for the testing person for 10 minutes before I called. There were no other cars waiting. I called to another RUDE employee for her to say the person was in the testing trailer and would be out soon. She finally came out. Please avoid this practice. Despite the sign on the door, it is no longer Immediate Care. A sick patient had to wait a long time in a cold hallway. The doctor's blood test refused to be STAT so the obviously sick patient waited 6 days to learn that there was elevated white blood cell count and needed treatment. We will never go back there but they should be reported for misrepresentation and bad practice. We were told that even regular patients had to fill out an outrageously long check in form while sitting in a cold hallway, even if they had been there before. read more

In December 2021 when Covid was at its peak, this clinic was shut down (probably their doctors went on vacation when we were in a pandemic) no online appointments, no one answering calls nothing completely Shut down! Beginning of the year 2022 I was able to book an online appointment with the nurse !!! Asked for sleeping pills I was subscribed 15 pills only I opened the link to my medical profile to see what was written about my case , my main diagnostic was that 1- obese 2- lack of sleep How can she determine that I am obese from video call !!! I have them several calls to check why I was only subscribed 15 pills instead of 30 And as usual no one answered !! I try not to be very hard on medical professionals because of how difficult the job can be but the past two times I have seen people who were very rude and not sympathetic at all to the fact that I was anxious and not feeling well. One rolled their eyes at me because of my gag reflexes when I get a tongue depressor stuck in my mouth. The other responded to a question I had with annoyance and snapped at me, "one thing at a time!" If I ever need to see someone immediately I probably will not go back to this location or at least request not to see these two. read more

Low skilled reception workers. They don't know their paperwork, do not understand the medical system and their protocoles are sub-par. You can come to the office but they will send you to wait in the car for a FaceTime visit because you are "sick". They don't know how to work with other providers and specialists, to provide appropriate or current patient data and can cause delays and miscommunication anytime any day. Only focused on collecting the payments but no professional attitude.... they need a lot of remedial action. I do not recommend because of the receptionist and some entry level staff serious lack of skills. The senior medical staff are good. read more

For starters, Dr. Andy Moore was an hour late to the virtual appointment. I was actually in the process of booking another one when I got a notification that he had decided to join. Thought that would be the end of things. Unfortunately, there was more. I was told to get two labs and written a prescription but given little to no information beyond that. Had to call the receptionist to find out what to do next. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions, the pharmacy had no record of me. I called back to AllCare and to no surprise, they were unable to reach Dr. Moore. Megan, the receptionist, tried to be helpful. She asked me to call her back several times saying that she would work on an answer in the times between calls. The third and final time she asked me to call back was at 7:45 pm. Knowing that both the pharmacy and AllCare closed at 8:00 pm, this call was important. I called back at 7:45 and she promptly put me on hold. I stayed on the line until 8:15 pm, at which point I hung up because it was 15 mins past when both AllCare and the pharamcy had closed. So as it stands, I am still without the prescription medicine and labs that I need. I will have no choice but to deal with them again tomorrow until this gets sorted out. I recommend going to any other urgent care provider than here and if you do, avoid Dr. Moore and don't count on anyone to provide any meangingful assistance. read more

This was just bad. I'm a returning patient and go there for sick visits. There is usually a wait but this was the worst. I showed up on time for my 11:30 sick visit appointment. Only 1 other person in the waiting area. Great! Was directed to check in at the computer where I followed instructions to upload a picture of my insurance card. Went through correctly and the screen said to wait my turn. Ok. 15 minutes later, I was called up to the front and asked for my insurance card. Basically a repeated check-in? Ok, annoying but ok. Then, because of my symptoms (a sinus infection) I was asked to wait in the hallway for the nurse to call me. I went and had a seat in the hallway - now it's 12:00. At 12:30 no one had called me. I returned to the front desk and politely asked when I would be called. Even the receptionist seemed surprised at the wait. I believe she said "that's crazy". She said she'd check for me. Okkkkkk. I went back and had a seat. Nurse came and got me, vitals, Covid test, said the doc would be in (probably) by the time the rapid test was done. Nope. Waited in the room ANOTHER 30 minutes. Now I'm mad. Then ONLY reason I stayed was because I needed meds. No one checked on me, no one apologized, no one thought to get another provider. What's the point of a schedule? Doc FINALLY comes in, says "thank you for waiting" (really???) and is as nice as can be. Not only that but my visit was completed in 10 minutes. Alllllllll that wait for 10 minutes max. I've never wanted to take the time to review a place but this was bad. I had an appointment, I was on time, I'm sick. She even asked me if I was seen for Primary visits. Uhhhh hard no. I made three phone calls for prescription refills and received no return calls. I went to the office on 4/1/2019 to see a doctor and get a refill. They wanted me to pay first thing and I went up with my checkbook. They had told me on earlier visits they accepted checks. I was informed today that they didn't accept checks in the amount of the office visit. Seriously? Maybe you better list the $ amount you accept a check. No visit and no prescription. I went to this urgent care with my friend who was suffering from severe bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection. The staff was fast, kind, very helpful and patient. The doctors and nurses were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Chest x-ray was completed on site as well as labs and she has received her meds on the spot. Great medical center. read more

If I could I would give this place -10 starThis was my favorite urgent care ever. Until 1/30/2020. I went for an emergency with a cyst in the back of my ear. Arrived 6:45 pm. My Doctor was not working so I was seen by Dr. Brantz This is what happened: He said was going to give me a shot of Lidocaine ( which never happened, and I found with another Doctor this would never work because of the infection) all of the sudden I feel spray of liquid all over my neck and hair. But he said it will a little pinch. Then cut the back of my ear and told me to hold it myself because he needed to see other patients. Left me in the room holding my open ear. I had blood in my hands by this time. Waited for the nurse 8-10 mins and asked her if O could clean my hands. She told me to wait until she was done. I asked him about the lidocaine and he said I was complaining and tried to offer lidocaine after I have been cut. Then prescribed a lotion and pills and said to do warm compress at home. That was all the instructions he gave me. The nurse covered my ear with a band aid like was nothing. When I get home my ear was three times the normal size than when I arrived. And the next morning woke up with puss on the band aid. So the cut he made got an infection because the procedure was poorly done and covered without a gauze when I was sent home. I went to another provider because they wanted to charge me again if I went the next morning. So this new Doctor gave me instructions to get the proper meds and stuff at cvs to clean properly my wound and take care of it. At the end he charged 3 services for the visit. The cut in my ear The service Work after hours I asked to be contacted so they could explained the charges but they never called and sent the bill with no explanation given saying that I was overdue when I was waiting for the insurance to kick in. I just paid almost 300 dollars when the service was poorly done. I don't care about paying but its not fair paying so much when I had to go somewhere else and he made my infection worse even left me in the room with a open cut holding it with my bare hands. Not coming back to this place ever again. I prefer to die before coming for services here. Do not come for stuff like emergency and such. I will attach pictures of how he left my ear. I have visited this office many times, both myself and my husband and all three of my kids. We have mainly seen Dr. Robinette. I have had the most wonderful experiences every single time that we have gone in. Their hours are so convenient, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, and the visits have gone smoothly and quickly. Today my daughter had a sore throat I needed a doctors note before being able to return to school. I brought her in without an appointment, she was able to get a rapid Covid test and be seen by the doctor in less than an hour. Easy and professional. There are other urgent cares on route one but this is the only when I will ever go to. We love Dr. Robinette! read more

I received a Covid test at this location, and it was incredibly quick and easy. Wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect! I had been exposed to Covid through someone at my workplace, but was not symptomatic. I scheduled a telemedicine visit through the website for a Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. and submitted photos of my ID and insurance card online. On the day of my appointment, I pulled into the parking lot a few minutes early and "checked in"virtually through a link that had been texted to me. About 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (which I think is completely fine considering the delays most urgent care centers have been dealing with recently), a doctor got on a video call with me and had a 5ish minute chat with me about my situation. She was very friendly and understanding. Once I explained to her that I had been exposed at work, she virtually signed an order allowing me to receive a Covid test. I pulled out of my parking spot and pulled into the drive-through testing line around the side of the building. The line moved pretty quickly - there were approx. 5-6 cars in front of me, and I only waited about 10 minutes in total. Once it was my turn, a worker instructed me to roll down my window and pull my mask down below my nose. The worker swabbed both of my nostrils for 10 seconds each (definitely not the best feeling in the world, but totally manageable). She told me I'd receive results texted to me in 72 hours, but I ended up getting my negative test result back in only 19 hours! I was completely shocked at the quick turnaround. Great experience overall - would highly recommend as long as you book your appointment soon enough. read more

This rating is only for Dr. Emily Sullivan, the other doctors are great! I met with Emily about a UTI. She was very rude with poor bedside manner. I had a UTI and ran out of medicine. On the last day, I was still experiencing mild symptoms so to be proactive, I called to get a day or so worth of medication until I could come in (I had two previous televisits) at All Care. When I told her the embarrassing story about why I think I needed additional antibiotics, Emily cut me off and said "I'm not going to keep giving you medication, you need to come in!" I get her point, but her delivery was horrible and I was stunned. She seemed so non-caring and proceeded to rush me during the call. I asked her why she had an attitude and she pretended not to hear me and say what?, are you allergic to anything? It made me feel low and disrespected. I've never been treated like this by anyone, especially by a woman. I will NEVER go to her again (although the other doctors at All Care are nice). read more

I was extremely disappointed with my treatment at this clinic. I know urgent care centers are going to be somewhat less warm than a traditional primary care clinic, but this place failed to reach the bare minimums. First let's talk about the receptionist. After calling her with my information, she informed me that they accept my insurance, but lo and behold, when I actually go in, I find out that they don't accept it and I have to pay out of pocket. Now for the doctor. Not only did the doctor who saw me seem dismissive, he has taken 6 days now to authorize insurance for the prescription I need. None of my questions were given properly detailed answers, and requests for further clarification on my condition were brushed off. Last but not least, the rest of the staff. The nurses have been noticably unfriendly when I have called to request quicker action for my medicine which is for a serious illness that I do not wish to disclose. It's absurd to be sent to voicemail twice for urgent medical needs. Oh and did I mention the waiting times? The company should honestly rename itself from immediate care to care in an hour. Went for a visit as an urgent care patient on a week day afternoon, the wait time was very short and I was treated right away. Front desk staff, were friendly and processed incoming patients quickly.
