I have been chasing down their billing office for a Lab Corp bill that I received that is covered by insurance. Allcare billed the wrong insurance company, and I continue to receive delinquent bill payment notices from Labcorp. Despite filing two tickets with Allcare, the issue has t been resolved in five months. Absolutely ridiculous. Allcare is seeking to be your primary care physician. We bought into that and gave it a chance. Now, I regret it. Absolutely clueless folks working in the billing and payments section. I wouldn't send my enemies here.

This office is hard to reach and reception at the "main location" is terrible. Most of the time no one picks up. I have noticed that unlike other dr offices you can only be seen with an appointment. Which is fine and dandy for wellness visits but when sickness happens sporadically you are basically forced to go elsewhere. My little girl has been sick (negative covid) for 4 days. They won't see her because of the symptoms without a covid test they preform. Before that test can even be done you need a televisit. Once that's done then you can wait in the covid line and then schedule an appointment. The hoops are ridiculous and as others have said a disgrace on the medical profession. Because of the service, despite the amazing drs we may need to look elsewhere. I see now why the turnover is so high here. As an adult I've had to switch drs about 4 times. It's the same for my husband. As a professional I would not want to be associated with the clerical staff...

DO NOT GO TO THIS MINUTE CLINIC!!! All I needed was a simple throat culture and even though the…read morewebsite said they can do same day appointments, I waited for four hours and still could not be seen. The doctors when walking past wouldn't even make eye contact with me and gave me unreasonable excuses for why it was taking me so long. When I finally asked one of the doctors where my name was in the line, she told me that I wasn't even ON THE LIST because I didn't have an "appointment" meanwhile people who were checking in on the screen just like I did were being seen before me, and then she made me feel like them being backed up was my fault. I am absolutely beside myself, never going to this MinuteClinic again.

Sorry for the length. This pharmacy will never win any awards for reliability or customer service;…read morethe employees are sullen and act overworked. But most days, I am able to accomplish what I'm trying to do. Today, however, was not one of those days. I made an appointment for a booster on the CVS website with their Minute Clinic (MC), arrived early, and received a text that instructed me to check in at the MC kiosk with the code in the text. I did so, and sat and waited. After a few minutes, an employee from the MC approached me and asked what I was doing there. I said I was there for a booster. The gentleman condescendingly implied that I didn't read the text correctly and that I was supposed to check in at the pharmacy. The text VERY CLEARLY said to check in at the MC kiosk. But, as instructed, I walked over the pharmacy and waited for about 10 minutes, then was asked what I needed. I said a booster, and that I had tried to check in at the MC kiosk but was told that was wrong and that I needed to check in at the pharmacy. The pharmacy employee rolled her eyes, said no, you need to check in at the MC kiosk. I said I did, but they sent me to her. She shrugged and walked away from me. So I went back to the MC, and told my story to another MC employee. She said no, I needed to go back to the pharmacy. I said they really don't want me there and they sent me to her. She then walked me over to the pharmacy and told the pharmacy employee that I needed a booster. That employee said I will have to make an appointment on the CVS website. I said, "That's what I did!" They said, no, you made an appointment at the Minute Clinic, we don't take walk-ins, and you need to make an appointment online for the pharmacy. My appointment was for 0930. It was now 1000. I left the store without getting my booster. FAIL

In fact, she offered to check my insurance right away and we determined that I was covered. Then she immediately got me scheduled for a same-day treatment. She is an awesome first impression to Dr Hawa! Getting here was easy and convenient. I recommend bringing a jacket with you, the office is very cool. Meeting Dr. Hawa was similarly great. He's a warm, friendly, and boisterous guy who I instantly liked. We hit it off talking about barefoot shoes and I quickly learned that he's a fountain of interesting tips and facts. Next, we began the patient interview and his line of questioning let him diagnose what was going on and sure enough, his corrective actions brought immediate relief. I like that Dr. Hawa is also in sports medicine and rehabilitation because he has a lot of exposure to athletes and their various ailments. As an avid indoor rock climber, we were able to talk through the pain I'd been experiencing, what I'd done to cause it, and exercises I could do to help strengthen and prevent this from recurring. He even showed me pictures from a medical book to better illustrate what was going on with my body. After some painless adjustments, he used interferential therapy, a kind of electronic stimulation therapy. I later looked it up and unlike TENS therapy which sends a current across your skin, interferential penetrate deeper providing some pretty legit relief. On top of the interferential therapy, he placed a heating pad on the affected area.
