I have been chasing down their billing office for a Lab Corp bill that I received that is covered by insurance. Allcare billed the wrong insurance company, and I continue to receive delinquent bill payment notices from Labcorp. Despite filing two tickets with Allcare, the issue has t been resolved in five months. Absolutely ridiculous. Allcare is seeking to be your primary care physician. We bought into that and gave it a chance. Now, I regret it. Absolutely clueless folks working in the billing and payments section. I wouldn't send my enemies here.

This office is hard to reach and reception at the "main location" is terrible. Most of the time no one picks up. I have noticed that unlike other dr offices you can only be seen with an appointment. Which is fine and dandy for wellness visits but when sickness happens sporadically you are basically forced to go elsewhere. My little girl has been sick (negative covid) for 4 days. They won't see her because of the symptoms without a covid test they preform. Before that test can even be done you need a televisit. Once that's done then you can wait in the covid line and then schedule an appointment. The hoops are ridiculous and as others have said a disgrace on the medical profession. Because of the service, despite the amazing drs we may need to look elsewhere. I see now why the turnover is so high here. As an adult I've had to switch drs about 4 times. It's the same for my husband. As a professional I would not want to be associated with the clerical staff...

She spends time with you as well as personally reviews your chart and checks for medicine and pharmacy follow up personally. Diabetes, women's medicine and sports medicine are some her best diagnostic skills, as well as internal medicine. She spent over 20 years with Naval Reserve, retiring as a Navy Captain. She is quiet and modest, so one will not see a "me wall of plaques" in her office, however, as well as being a Medical Doctor, she has a M.S. in Organic Chemistry from Vanderbilt University and spent 10 years in the field of Cancer Research before she became a Medical Doctor. She is a mother of two sons and loves to travel, so of course you will have to make an appointment in advance to make sure you get to see her. :) . I give her my highest possible rating both as a professional in her field of medicine as well as a caring human being.

I saw Dr. Garber both times, since she was available for the day of. I didn't get a great vibe from the start. The facilities were old, all paper files, and the reception area was slow. In any case, I was hoping the doctor visit would be good, but unfortunately it also disappointed. The first time, I felt rushed when asking questions, spent most of my time waiting for the doctors, and only got about 5 min of face time. I was prescribed some meds, but in the end they did not help me, and my doctor friend suggested I try a different route to cure the cough, and it worked immediately! For the second visit, the visit was the same in terms of waiting, face time with the doctor, and feeling rushed with my questions. The only good thing was that I got tested and confirmed for the flu, so I got a prescription for tamiflu, which helped with recovery. Basically, if it isn't for the need for an emergency visit, I'd likely go elsewhere in hopes for a better visit.

However, there have been improvements with the staff and they have jumped into the twenty-first century using technology like sending reminders for appointments. For the past couple of years, my interactions with the staff have been pleasant. Dr Taylor is fantastic!! She has been a life saver, literally, in the care of my daughter. Yes, you do have to wait to see her, but you can be sure you will be heard once she's with you. She listens!! Honestly, if you want a doctor who is courteous, has empathy and keeps up to date with current medical advancements, then you should consider visiting Dr Taylor.

When the lab technician inserted the needle, I immediately informed her that I was experiencing significant pain. She ignored my concern and did not respond. After I stated again that I was in pain, she removed the needle and simply asked whether I wanted to try the other arm or go to another location. What concerns me most is her lack of professionalism, empathy, and communication. At no point did she acknowledge my discomfort or show concern for my well-being. Due to her conduct and apparent lack of competence, I did not feel comfortable allowing her to continue and left without completing the blood work. This experience was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of care I have come to expect from this clinic.

It was awful... the brows about scared me.. thick & high up!! Bless her. She was new and learning so I was patient. I did noticed that the clinic needs to be organized, decluttered, and a thorough clean. A little updating would not hurt either. After being taken back the medical assistant draws my blood and I don't see her again.. the poor NP student was the one that had to enter all of my history & medication into the EMR system. I felt so bad for her. They know that the medical assistant should have had that taken care of before the NP student came to see me. I felt they were taking advantage of her like many employers do to students on internships. The NP student was very kind. She was very knowledgeable. She's the first to ever mention an issue that has been looked over by physicians for years. She was great. Dr. Stoll walks in after my time with the NP with samples of new medication to give me. I kindly declined them... no thanks to new medication I didn't ask for nor needed to change. She seemed as if she trusted the NP (which I did too) and so there wasn't much to the visit with Dr. Stoll. Unfortunately, I won't be back. I do not want to seek care there again... I want to establish care at a more organized and clean clinic. A little more professional too.
