This company is trash! DO NOT BUY from them. They are complete a**holes and are condescending and rude. Ordered spacer plates, asked questions, they seemed disinterested and short in answering questions to ensure fitment. They don't tell you what all you need in regards to parts to compete the project. Couldn't answer questions about their own product. Looks like I'm not wrong in my thoughts as there are many other reviews stating the same things. read more

Cheap material shows crack lines 6 months after use. Customer support is terrible and doesn't return inquiries. After calling a few times, it took 1 month before my emails were responded to, only to find that they don't honor the warranty. Total disappointment from one to another. read more

Placed an order for an Xterra lift kit on 11/30, all dogs charged my credit card immediately for the full amount so I figured they would ship the kit in the next couple of days. After not shipping for weeks I finally called on 12/17 to inquire about the order, I was told they were behind and it would go out by the end of the week. The end of the week came and went and it didn't ship so I called the next week, to find out they were closed until 1/2 for the Christmas and new years holiday, okay called on 1/2 and asked what was going on with the order, again I was told they were behind and it would go out by Friday 1/3 or Monday 1/6 at the latest, Monday came and went and still no shipping. I called again today 1/7, now I was told they don't have the lift in stock and are waiting on it from their manufacturer and it would be a couple more weeks I asked why I wasn't told this before and he said he didn't know who helped me before. At this point I had zero faith in what they were saying wasn't another lie so I cancelled the order, surprisingly they were quick with that and the refund. It's unfortunate that they are one of the only operations making products for the Xterra because Xterra owners deserve better than all dogs offroad. read more

Ordered a lift and waited 12 days for it to ship. When I contacted the company about the timeline, was told other things came up and the ordered didn't get sent out. I asked to cancel my order and was meet with hostility. Here's a copy of my text conversation with Alldogs (chadk@alldogsoffroad.com) Me: Also, I want to return order XXXX. Me: I'm guessing order 8181 didn't ship today? Alldogs: If it shipped, I would not be able to cancel it for you Alldogs: We had an install this morning which took up a lot of our shipping time today Me: I've been waiting 12 days for XXXX to ship and was told last week it would ship today. Alldogs: Like I said, it would have shipped today if we hadn't had an install cut into our shipping time today Me: Pretty horrible service. Me: Cancel that order and I want to return my other item. Customer Service is 10/10! Each time I reached out with questions I was met with a speedy response and my questions were answered. They replaced some coil springs no questions asked and were more than happy to help me with my inquiries. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Horrible experience! My autoshop recommend this place. So I purchased an item online and then this company canceled my order within 24 hours. I called to find out what was going on and the person who answered didn't say hello! In fact they continued to say "I know I cancelled your order and then hung up on me." I still have no idea why my order was cancelled or why this company treats customers this way. read more

Ordered a bilstein full lift kit from Chad at all dogs. I was sent a box that had most of everything I ordered.. among that was 2 items that were wrong.. the 2 rear shocks were NOT bilstein brand. They literally sent me 2 Monro branded non lifted shocks. I called them right away and got no answer even though it was during their posted business hours. I tried calling again and still no response, I then emailed them asking why the mix up etc and if I could the correct shocks sent out asap. After 2 days they responded with a short response saying they sent the correct parts and my order was complete. Well lucky for me I did a unboxing video of the kit.. it proves that they were in the sealed box sent by them. I sent Chad the video and asked again for the correct parts or a refund. I couldn't believe the next response. I was immediately called a liar and a cheat.. I was told that I was permanently banned from using their site or business. I couldn't believe it honestly. I then responded again asking for the parts or a refund then I got no further replies. So after being basically ghosted by all dogs and ripped off I called PayPal and opened up a claim to get my money back, I sent then the video and a copy of the email thread. Within 1 hour they accepted my claim and once I sent back what I received I got full refund. All Chad did when PayPal asked him was send them a copy of the email thread and that's it.. so that all proved they were scammers. I also contacted the BBB and reported them there too.. they never responded to the BBB so they now have 4 bad claims against them on the BBB alone. They have 6 claims against them on PayPal too.. 2 on google.Google.. clearly they are not doing something right If you take anything from this review.. protect yourself and use a 3rd party payment like PayPal.. they were amazing through out this issue. read more

Unrealistic wait times for items that are supposedly instock I ordered stuff from rough country and Firestone on the same day an received them in 2to3 days time I ordered Thursday and I called on Monday and they tell me that it won't ship out for a week then it's probably going to take 3 to 5 days to get here For items that are in stock this is simply unacceptable I don't know if they lack manpower but it's really not hard to ship items out that are supposedly in-stock they should be going out daily maybe they're under staffed I don't know What a shame I definitely would like to try their product instead I'll have to buy something elsewhere read more

On March 22nd I talked to Chad, he seemed disinterested in answering my questions, he was unfriendly, and rude. I asked him if they had all the parts to the lift kit I was interested in buying, Chad affirmed they had all the parts, so I placed the order. I got an E mail conformation after I placed the order and waited. On March 29th I called to ask if my order had shipped yet, Chad said it hadn't because they were waiting on some parts to come in. Chad had lied to me on the 22nd, when he said that they had all the parts in. I cancelled that order, because I wanted to add another part. I reordered the lifkit and waited. On April 11th I called and asked Chad if they had shipped my lift kit, she said I did not place an order if I did not get an E mail conformation. I then called PayPal to ask them if my payment was received by All Dogs, PayPal said it had, so I opened a dispute to find out what was going on with my money. I then called All Dogs back to let them know I opened a dispute. Kyle a told me that my order did go through, that they were at a convention and the order was stuck in the computer, but that my order was shipping this week. On the 13th Chad called me and said I put the dispute on the wrong payment, and I tried to tell him that PayPal must have made a mistake, he said no that I made the mistake. That pissed me off, a business who talks to their customers that way is going to piss me off, he then said I was getting defensive so I just hung up. I am not going to be treated or talk to that way by anyone. I waited a few minutes later and called back, Chad picked up again so I asked to talk to Kyle, he said no, so I hung up again. I then called PayPal and asked them to stop the dispute since I had received an E mail saying my order had shipped. Chad is lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional, because of his actions I will not bother using them for any other purchases. I hope others see this review and think twice about buying from this company. read more
