Bike broke down within a mile of first repair. Later was told a part that I know is totally replaceable is not repairable and was quoted 1200-1400 for a whole replacement carb set that could be purchased for much less. Will likely send in my carb to be repaired and bench sync'd for less than the price I paid to initially fix it (that didn't even fix it). Quotes for service are much higher than competitors. These are not the magical vintage motorcycle wizards I was hoping for. Would rather speak directly to a helpful mechanic that could explain the problems and offer real solutions. Did not make a novice feel welcome or informed. Added one star because some parts available in store were a decent price compared to Internet. If you need mirrors, plugs or grips this place isn't bad. But for vintage Honda service, nope. read more

I'm updating my review for a few reasons. First, the clutch bolt issue really isn't a reflection on HVCcycle. Every product I've ordered outside of the clutch bolts has been shipped and delivered quickly. I certainly wish there was a warning on the website saying you shouldn't tighten them based on factory specs, but thats not their responsibility. Second, this company produces and sells parts for vintage motorcycles, which very few companies do and every part I've ordered has been great. I hope they never go out of business. read more
