Prices are great and they send coupons if your on their mailing list of preferred customers. The staff is unbelievably helpful. We talked to the clerk about snow blowers and he educated us about the different horse powers and motorized verses battery pack models. If they don't have something, they will order it for you. And they offer repair services on some equipment (such as lawn mowers). The parking lot is easy in and out. The staff will help you carry stuff to the car.

They were in the taller tubs and were great. Grand kid had a blast fishing with them. I bought 3 more tubs recently but these were in the small tubs. Put them in the same spot in the same frig, 2 of the containers turned to goo in days and the one I kept only about 3 crawlers look healthy, the rest on the verge of death. Recommend you don't buy any if they are in the small tubs and that you inspect them yourself before purchasing. Should not sell them like this.

In 2012 our dog knocked over a lamp and gouged the wall beside the couch, we said we'd live with it until we decided to repaint. Fast forward to November 2025. We had to repair around a window. My husband decided we might as well repair the wall while we are at it. Two different colors. We had both colors in the basement. The color from the lamp damage he had mixed up in a small bottle and he thought this is never going to work. Both are painted and our house looks brand new. When we do decide to paint the house again I will once more be traveling to the Sherwin-Williams store on M-43 in Kalamazoo.

I switched from the Kalamazoo location to this location a couple of years ago and was AMAZED at how…read morethe staff at this location goes the extra mile for their customers! Not just my annual service and pickup, but this year I hit a stick and the mower stopped working. I have a large area to mow and the grass grows tall and fast, so when I called in a panic because I was worried I'd get a ticket for tall grass, they came right away! Not only that, but they picked my tractor up at 8AM and brought it back at NOON the same day! They also troubleshot a problem I was having with the clevis on my cart bending and attached a new part in a different configuration so it would hopefully prevent any further issues. Jim and Don are the nicest guys and I always have pleasant conversations with them. It seems to honestly make them happy to give such great service and I am not exaggerating when I say they go above and beyond to make sure they can do all they can for you. Jim even said he'd have mown the lawn if he'd had the time today! I cannot recommend them enough and am so thankful the Kalamazoo location was too full to take me a couple of years ago, because paying a little extra for the pickup/dropoff to Plainwell isn't that much more and totally worth it! I am hoping to purchase a home generator at some point and this will be the business I call first!
