After using Yelp to call around for a last-minute prenatal massage, I stumbled across Whitney who…read morementioned that they had an opening. When I arrived, I felt immediately at peace. She gave me a tour of the facility, which included studio rooms for yoga, barre, Pilates, etc. Afterward, she offered tea and spoke to me about the various options I had for my prenatal massage. She was extremely knowledgeable and was attentive to my needs. I scheduled a 60-min massage, and I think I fell asleep at least twice lol. She was very accommodating, giving me pillows for support. I was interested in acupressure, and she mixed my massage with some of that. Overall, I felt so amazing and relaxed. If I didn't have an event to attend afterward, I would have gone back to my hotel and slept the rest of the day lol. After the massage, she gave me a few tips for acupressure techniques I can do at home based on any discomforts I had. She also educated me on pressure points not to do, as they can induce early labor. Whitney was absolutely stellar.
