He took my order and the delivery was made as promised The driver even lined up the pallets in my driveway so the they would be out of the way of my cars. When the job was over. I discovered that I had over ordered and made arrangements with Chris to return some material. He told me he would have to charge for a pick up, which I completely understood He even tried to sell the blocks for me Anyway I managed to get the blocks back to him and was issued a credit no questions asked. I had a number of small issues that probably individually would not have been problematic (scheduling/timing issues, lack of response to email, lack of response to specific requests, lack of apparent plan). As they began to accumulate, I attempted multiple times to reach out to diffuse the situation and work on a resolution. And again no resolution was made despite multiple attempts. The only response I did get was basically placating me without giving me any solutions. The final straw for me was that they charged me for the services without my approval and without confirming that the job was complete, which, for my opinion, it wasn't because I was dissatisfied with the services and no one had provided me with a resolution
