I discovered that I had over ordered and made arrangements with Chris to return some material. He told me he would have to charge for a pick up, which I completely understood He even tried to sell the blocks for me Anyway I managed to get the blocks back to him and was issued a credit no questions asked. I always get a full yard here. They don't skimp and they don't jerk you around. Pull up to the red building and walk in, tell the guy what you want, pay for it, and he'll tell you where to wait. Within a minute or two the loader comes over, scoops your mulch, dumps it into your truck, and the driver waves to you. Off you go. No muss, no fuss. Price wise, they aren't sneaky. They advertise on Craigslist and they are always competitive. Some years they are a buck or two above average, other years a buck or two below but it doesn't matter because, as I said, you get your money's worth here. They will also deliver for a fee if that's what you need.

I requested, if possible, to split the 9 yards as I have a circular driveway and would be easier for my worker. As I attempted to leave my home for a scheduled doctor appointment, to my surprise, I found both entrances totally blocked with mulch! I immediately called the office and explained the situation. The owner, Jerry, clearly stated there was nothing he could do about it. I voiced my concern about not being able to exit my home in the event of an emergency. I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner. What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers. Jerry, you have alot to learn apparently about customer service and truly you are a poor excuse for a man!!
