I went to the bus terminal on 10:20 and the driver told me that I needed to pay $20 transfer fee. There were plenty of available seats on the bus so I called Peoria customer service. They told me that it was too late to transfer through them so I had to pay the $20 fee to the driver. I rode on Peoria twice before and remember seeing people with tickets on a different time board on buses. My bus from ISR to ORD was delayed for almost an hour -- after driving 30 minutes, the driver drove us back and asked us to switch to another bus. Luckily I did not miss my flight but Peoria did not offer monetary compensation for their delay. My experience shows that Peoria cares little about their customers.

And on this trip I was just picking up my suitcase who got to fly while I road the Peoria Charter Coach across middle Illinois. The last time I tried to fly out of there the agent flat out lied to me and I ended up stuck over night in Atlanta. It was the same agent I got my luggage from this trip. Prior to being stuck in Atlanta, I was stuck at this place for 7 hours. Not because I missed my flight, but because if a drop of water drips someplace in Peoria, they refuse to fly. The linchpin of every trip I've taken there. If you can avoid trying flying into or out of Peoria on American Eagle. Please do. You'll be happier in so many ways.

After landing, we waited for over three hours, but the plane didn't get refueled during that time while we waited for the storm to pass. When the weather finally cleared and we were ready to depart, we found out that the plane didn't have enough fuel for the remaining 35-minute flight. Now, we're stuck waiting for local services to refuel the plane. All the passengers are anxiously waiting in the crowded cabin, and many of us have connecting flights to catch.

It's in a weird location behind the mall; it's difficult to find due to a lack of signage. Would I stay again? For example, no trash can in our room. The tissue cover was there but no box of tissues. The carpet is stained, the bathroom door won't close, the furniture old and scratched up.

A second recent experience that was disappointing was a ride I had booked for a 4:30 AM trip to PIA I received a text that there was not a driver available.
