I went to the bus terminal on 10:20 and the driver told me that I needed to pay $20 transfer fee. There were plenty of available seats on the bus so I called Peoria customer service. They told me that it was too late to transfer through them so I had to pay the $20 fee to the driver. I rode on Peoria twice before and remember seeing people with tickets on a different time board on buses. My bus from ISR to ORD was delayed for almost an hour -- after driving 30 minutes, the driver drove us back and asked us to switch to another bus. Luckily I did not miss my flight but Peoria did not offer monetary compensation for their delay. My experience shows that Peoria cares little about their customers.

We stayed in a two-bedroom room, which worked out really well for our family. After a long day of traveling, having the extra space made it much easier for everyone to relax and get a good night's sleep. The property does show some signs of age, and we noticed that the second bedroom was missing the TV remote, but everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff member also let us know that free breakfast was offered, but we slept so well that we ended up missing it! Despite a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the friendly and helpful service.

The hotel is being renovated which apparently it desperately needed. Our room was brand new. We loved everything about it. The exterior of the hotel needs some work. A simple grass mowing would help a ton...it honestly looked a little sketchy due to the uncut grass and weeds. There is a super budget hotel next door that is definitely sketchy and another Marriott property across the parking lot that is also under renovation. It's in a weird location behind the mall; it's difficult to find due to a lack of signage. Would I stay again? Yes, if the price was right (which it was this time) and if the renovations were complete (including mowed grass).

PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES I'm a Titanium Elite and a Platinum Lifetime member. This rooms at this hotel obviously need updating. The lobby is classic Courtyard but the rooms need attention. For example, no trash can in our room. The tissue cover was there but no box of tissues. The carpet is stained, the bathroom door won't close, the furniture old and scratched up.

A second recent experience that was disappointing was a ride I had booked for a 4:30 AM trip to PIA I received a text that there was not a driver available. Not sure what's going on there but this has made me hesitant to recommend or book anything in the future.

I am calling from Pacific coast time zone, so my call to them was at 1:15AM their time on a Sunday/Monday (obviously not a great time to call and get a quote, but only time I had to do it!)
