The first incident was a flat tire on March 8th. I was on my way to work and got down the street before realizing there was something wrong as it was on the side of the car I do no walk around to get in or put my infant daughter in. She was also in the car with me at the time. I was late for work that day by a half hour, had to just use fix a flat and fill the tire for a temporary fix, not having the time or money to replace it right away. My fiance had told me that day when I returned home from work that Mikes workers the day before were throwing things from the top floor window into the dumpster which is directly next to my driveway. There had also been a stop work order in place on the location as a permit had not been obtained, so they were working without a permit! I did not know that at the time or I would have called the city right then and there. It wasn't until the tire went flat a second time two weeks later that I took it to be professionally repaired which is when the very large nail was discovered. The same nails were in the dumpster. Having driven on a flat that firat time and then continued driving on a tire with a large nail in it I needed a whole new tire. I would never have needed a new tire in the first place as all my tires were fairly new, had it not been for these workers next door. Then the Monday after I replaced my tire, I come outside to run errands with my infant daughter and saw my car covered in what looked like insulation. Well that same stuff was all in the dumpster and around it. I didn't know what it was or if it could be harmful to myself and my child to breathe in. Very upset and extremely fed up at this point, I called the city, again. Yes again, as the first time they were responsible for debris from the dumpster blowing all over my backyard after it was left for over a week, full with no one working on the house and then there was a day with really strong winds. With all that being said, Mike reimbursed me for the car wash and took it upon himself to call a tire shop and ask how much it is to repair a flat and decided the $28 he was told, was comparable to the $104 I had to pay. It wasn't repaired, it had to be replaced! I'm very disgusted with this outcome. It saddens me that I pay my property taxes and a mortgage, but feel my personal property isn't protected from damage done by this company doing work at the neighbor's house.

They delivered a bathroom vanity that smelled like vomit so my builder had to remove it. I have been waiting for replacements for 3 months. I expressed my concern regarding Kraftmaid cabinets to Kim at Ringwood but, she assured me that my cabinets would come out beautiful and not to worry. Kraftmaid Cabinets were the only cabinet that my builder offered so I was forced to use them. The Kraftmaid representative came out 3 months ago and said they would replace all of my cabinet doors, some trim, and my bathroom vanity but, 3 months later no cabinetry. Ringwood will not return my calls nor the representatives that came out from Kraftmaid. Be careful if you are going to use this company. The owners Dave and Kim were nothing but rude to me as well. Kim not only will design a beautiful kitchen, but she also has great advice about creating optimal functionality in the kitchen. She will make recommendations based on the height of the people using the kitchen, how long you plan to stay in your house, etc.--things I had never thought of. Overlook the fact that the showroom may not be completely updated (they are busy with their customers!) or that they don't use the latest technology. The quality, customer service, and final results outweighs those things. We couldn't have been happier with Kim and Dave.

AllI had to do was give measurements and specify how I wanted to accessorize the cabinetry. Then pick a style and finish. The cabinets were delivered very promptly, directly to our home in the mountains of Colorado, which is not always an easy place to get delivery. Once they arrived the cabinets were easily installed by my contractor. Nantucket Homes was very easy to work with and provided an excellent product in a very timely manner. They were available to answer any questions I had on installation and their prices were very reasonable considering the fine quality of the product received. I will continue to use Nantucket Homes for all my cabinetry needs in the future.
