Extremely happy with SCV Floorsmith. I made an appointment online to see their samples in person at their showroom. We received a reminder call the day before and the day of the appt. Great customer service! We met Chelsie who showed us samples and even drove to our home to measure the same day. Unfortunately the first sample we wanted was back ordered so Chelsie drove back to us and dropped off more samples. After we picked the flooring, they were able to start the following week. Nick called me and we discussed pricing. I had a strict budget for this job and Nick was able to work with me. We had them put vinyl flooring upstairs which was all carpet. A crew of 5-6 guys showed up and began the work. They did an amazing job. After they finished, Chelsie came back for a walk thru and checked for any damage or issues. A few small things came up and she sent her guys back the next day to fix. Again, great service you expect when spending a good amount of money. Very happy with the entire team and communication.
