They always took time to tweak my computer design mistakes (being a neophyte these tended to be legion...) and carefully usher me through the process, even when we were working with time-sensitive materials. I was in around 12:30 pm and had two packages. There was a gal cleaning out a trash bin, a young man waiting on another customer, and the gal who waited on me. I had two packages. The scan gun must be extremely heavy because she could not manage to lift my top package up to scan the bottom one. She told me to lift the top one. She didn't ask me; she told me. Then she told me she would not take the bottom package because it was in a box. I guess it was a return that did require a box or label. I told her, just throw it away. Her response was, "We don't recycle for customers". Don't you have a trash compactor with the volume of boxes you receive and process during a day? She said unless I took it home, she would not process the second package. Absolutely crazy. I have never had this happen at this location, so I was a bit surprised. It was not a pleasant experience, and her rudeness did not make things any nicer.

But a coworker of mine needed some supplies in a hurry, and since the box was going to be fairly large and contain some fragile items, I figured UPS would be a better bet. There was a substantial line out the door when I arrived, but it probably only took 15 minutes for me to get up to the counter since they were very well staffed. While I was in line, I noticed that they really offer quite a lot of services I wasn't aware of, including document shredding and printing of posters and mailers. They even have greeting cards. They were also fundraising for Toys for Tots at the counter, and accepting donations for the cause, and I'm always a sucker for a business that supports good causes!

Out of 5 web designers to choose from, I picked this one. Although most expensive, I felt that we…read morewould "get what we paid for", but I could not have been more wrong. Jeff sold me on having them do our website. Great sales guy, made it seem as if he were going to do the entire website himself. Jeff met up with our marketing team and took notes. We were eventually pushed off onto Laurie as if Jeff did not have time for us. Of course he never knew how to answer questions about the website since (little did we know) he wasn't the one designing it. All of the notes that were taken by Jeff were obsolete. We had to tell them what we wanted several times before the launch of our site. Laurie came in to the office and had a nice print out of how to use Wordpress (the basics). Several weeks later I asked if she could do a small tweak to the website (which did not take more than an hour) and we got billed for $350.00! All other questions I had on how to find data or use other components of our site (like add a simple plugin and get it to work properly), we got a "well I've done some research and I don't have an answer for you." Can not express how disappointed we are with this company! We hired another web designer who has been super helpful with wonderful suggestions and quick turn around (and does not charge nearly as much per hour!). Definitely the last time I rely on the old saying "you get what you pay for".
