For example, one Saturday afternoon I took a package over for a return and they close at 1:30; actually, it was a bit after 1:30 and I'm sure they were anxious to close and get about their business on a Saturday. As I got to the door and and found it locked admittedly I was disappointed having missed getting there during business hours but suddenly the manager was waving me to wait and she unlocked the door and let me get my return slip. On another occasion I had a package that there was some question about the QR code and the manager actually called the company for me and let me speak with them to clarify. Quite honestly, those are just a couple of examples of how this store does business as there have been many others. They also rent mail boxes. Need a bag of packing peanuts they'll get you fixed up. Need to send money via Western Union yep, they can do that too. Need to fax something, yep another thing they can do. Price wise I suspect they may be a little higher than some places, but for a small company I think they do good at not over inflating their pricing. I've always received friendly service so that's a very good thing they've got going for them.
