The employees offer good advice and suggestions on packaging and shipping. I would highly recommend this place when shipping weather it is already boxed or not, they can pack it up for you. The drop off locations are clearly marked. 3. The employees are helpful because they always answer my questions and don't mind weighing my packages to confirm that the weight matches the shipping label! (My scale at home only goes up to 3 lbs.) 4. The staff always make sure I get the best rate by reviewing all available shipping options! Whoop! 5. The location is perfect....very easy to access with plenty of parking available. 6. FedEx picks up around 5ish....which gives me most of the afternoon to prep my packages for shipment! Bonus!! 7. Postcards were a primitive precursor to Snapchat and Instagram. If you can learn to send postcards to your Boomer and Gen-X relatives, you will become their favorite. And you'll pleasantly surprise your friends and siblings with this retro form of communication and prepare yourself for voting. For example, one Saturday afternoon I took a package over for a return and they close at 1:30; actually, it was a bit after 1:30 and I'm sure they were anxious to close and get about their business on a Saturday. As I got to the door and and found it locked admittedly I was disappointed having missed getting there during business hours but suddenly the manager was waving me to wait and she unlocked the door and let me get my return slip. On another occasion I had a package that there was some question about the QR code and the manager actually called the company for me and let me speak with them to clarify. Quite honestly, those are just a couple of examples of how this store does business as there have been many others.
