When I asked to rent the stump grinder I was told that it is out of service . The gentleman at the desk advised he was sorry. I asked why I wasn't called earlier and he replied he didn't know. This is a terrible way to run a business. At least a called should have been made to alert me of the status of the machine. I will now buy my plumbing parts, chain saw equipment and other hardware a somewhere else.
