I continually had to follow up with them myself to get updates on my case, and when I did finally speak to their clerks, it was clear they hadn't even read my file or were not informed of the specifics of my situation. Secondly, the billing process was a complete mess. I received multiple different invoices with different amounts and descriptions of services provided. When I tried to discuss this with the accounting department, I was met with rudeness and impatience. Blatant liars and will threaten to drop you and keep your money if you complain, because they need the "trust" of the client. Don't trust them to do right by you. They're money hungry. Overall, my experience with CHISOLM TRIMBLE & ASSOCIATES, LLC. was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for professional and reliable legal services.
