After I posted my original review, I received messages on Yelp about what happened. When I called…read morethe office to speak with Maryann -- the same person who was messaging me -- I was told by Rachel over the phone that Maryann refused to speak with me. Rachel claimed that my mom confronted a staff member and demanded to know if her forms were filled out, at her daughter's school,When I spoke to my mom, she explained that she calmly asked the woman if she worked at Dr. Ashraf's office, mentioned that some forms had not been filled out, told her to have a nice day, and even shook her hand. That does not reflect the aggressive behavior they are describing. I would also like to point out that it is highly unprofessional for a medical assistant to claim she was "confronted" by a patient when, in reality, she was spoken to politely. If my mom had actually confronted this woman the way they're claiming, wouldn't teachers or staff have stepped in to de-escalate the situation? And wouldn't others in the pickup line have heard or witnessed this supposed 'rude confrontation'? It doesn't make sense that something like that would happen publicly without anyone else noticing or intervening. Misrepresenting a simple, respectful interaction as something hostile is concerning and raises questions about honesty and accountability within the office. What is even more troubling is the inconsistency in their stories. Rachel said my mom was called into the office, while Maryann stated on Yelp that my mom showed up rude and was confrontational and going back and forth with staff. Those are two very different accounts. If she was called in, why portray it as though she stormed in angrily? Rather than showing empathy or taking accountability, the office chose to argue and present conflicting narratives. A simple, professional response acknowledging our experience would have gone much further. Unfortunately, this entire interaction has reinforced our concerns about their communication, professionalism, and integrity.

Absolutely the worst office staff as far as completing their job…read more I had been released from the Hospital and unfortunately I do not have Insurance and I pay as I go. Office visits are $105.00 cash. Not to long of a wait, was taken to a room for all preliminary stats. Dr enters we discuss what is needed and so forth for future care. We discussed that she would see me in 2 months and to continue my prescriptions. Go to the front desk, make an appointment for 2 months, got my orders for an X-ray. Waited till the following day, call the Pharmacy to find out they have no requests, try to call Dr office, no answer all afternoon, attempted to call next morning, still no answer and no orders at the pharmacy. Drive to the office " the pharmacy must have lost the request" following day get a portion of my prescriptions, back to the Dr office, resent again to pharmacy. Came up to needing refills, ordered thru pharmacy, multiple calls to Dr office, no answer. Drive again to the office "ok, I will let the meds team know" go the next day to Pharmacy missing 2 prescriptions. Call Dr office and someone actually answered, "you need to see the Dr before the prescription can be refilled". Why would you make a follow up appointment for 2 months and not refill the prescriptions?? Of course they have no answer, but to pay $105.00 or I can go to their Urgent Care for $85.00. I have since found another Dr that has office appointments for $75.00, very professional and helpful staff. Stay far away from Dr Koka

    1. I just moved to the area and I went to this new doctor. I have been to 2 appointments thus far…read moreand I have not once seen this doctor. I have only seen 2 other physician assistants. Not once did they explain why the doctor didn't come in nor ever even talk to me. I have not once even seen the doctor here. 2. I called over 10 times within a 2 month period trying to get a few thing accomplished. One, was getting their office to get records transferred from my old spine doctor to their office. Two, was to get my current lab results mailed to me from their office. Three, was to set up a new appointment for myself. They answered my first call about the records and said they would do that. After a few weeks, I heard nothing and received nothing, so I called to see what was going on. No answer and no call back. I called again. No answer and no call back. I called again and again, over 10 times, no call back ever. I have left several nice and polite messages for them and they don't ever call me back. Finally, about my 10th call was more assertive. Still, no call back. I have never in my life (in 30+ years) ever dealt with a doctors office that was so bad about getting things done and calling back their patients. I also have never been to a doctor where I never even saw the doctor. It is so weird here! They clearly aren't organized and clearly they do not value their patients. I am changing doctors today.
