Absolutely the worst office staff as far as completing their job. I had been released from the Hospital and unfortunately I do not have Insurance and I pay as I go. Office visits are $105.00 cash. Not to long of a wait, was taken to a room for all preliminary stats. Dr enters we discuss what is needed and so forth for future care. We discussed that she would see me in 2 months and to continue my prescriptions. Go to the front desk, make an appointment for 2 months, got my orders for an X-ray. Waited till the following day, call the Pharmacy to find out they have no requests, try to call Dr office, no answer all afternoon, attempted to call next morning, still no answer and no orders at the pharmacy. Drive to the office " the pharmacy must have lost the request" following day get a portion of my prescriptions, back to the Dr office, resent again to pharmacy. Came up to needing refills, ordered thru pharmacy, multiple calls to Dr office, no answer. Drive again to the office "ok, I will let the meds team know" go the next day to Pharmacy missing 2 prescriptions. Call Dr office and someone actually answered, "you need to see the Dr before the prescription can be refilled". Why would you make a follow up appointment for 2 months and not refill the prescriptions?? Of course they have no answer, but to pay $105.00 or I can go to their Urgent Care for $85.00. I have since found another Dr that has office appointments for $75.00, very professional and helpful staff. Stay far away from Dr Koka read more

BEWARE!!! If I could give a negative number, I would give a -5. This doctor and her office are stuck in the 80's. They don't use any apps, no email, no electronic documents. Just so retro and careless for their patients, it's unbelievable. I have filed 4 grievances about their awful service and nothing has changed. Their office is the same, as if you were in the 1908's. I called like 7 times last week asking to get an appointment with Dr. Koka and I never got a call back. I have no idea why this doctor and her staff are in service. They claim that they have a specialty in senior care. I went to them in 2019 with gastrointestinal complaints. At the age of 70; being a male, a PSA test should have been at the top of their prioities, But after seeing two different doctors under Koka, Dr. Bretz (You're getting old!) and Dr. Olson(Who turned out wasn't even a doctor!) no PSA test was ordered. Again I went to them in 2021 with more of the same complaints, and this time they ordered a PSA. Unbeknownst to me, a 32 PSA is 22 points over indication of cancer, but they ignored it. Things got worse in 2023 and again they ordered another PSA test. Came back with a 61. Finally, they referred me to a urologist. I was stage 3; bordering on stage 4. I am sitting in my own urine as I speak. read more

I've called the many times trying to make appointments because they never answer the phone Today my granddaughter had to go to the hospital her tonsils was so swollen they wanted me to get in touch with the office. I called the number and the message box is full so that means she's not taking care of her patients is she. So after a few days, my son was still not getting better. Took him to a 24 hr urgent care in Temecula. The doctor did a thorough exam with chest xray. Turned out, my son had pneumonia on the right lower lobe. On the chest xray, 93% of the right lower lobe was covered with mucus. What a difference a great doctor vs a crack burned out doctor makes. The medical board will definately hear from me. read more

Some people should not be practicing medicine. My wife went in for a TB test and they gave her a flu shot instead.

STAY AWAY! Read why... I'm a healthcare provider myself. My brother came here for his Mantoux Tuberculin skin test (TST) reading (NOT once, but twice). First, they said they LOST my brother's records from the first visit. So, he re-did it again. During the second time, my brother came to get his TST read, and the person who read the TST was a Medical Assistant (MA), NOT a license provider. He DID NOT measure it correctly. He measured it by touch and redness (which was incorrect), and stated it was about 2mm. He said my brother needed a X-Ray because of their facility protocol. My brother had no TB symptoms, and upon further questioning on why it's protocol. The MA kept saying, "because it was protocol." There are multiple reasons why I would STAY AWAY from this place! 1) A license provider should have interpreted my brother's TST, which once again was interpreted incorrectly. Should be read on induration, NOT erythema (redness). 2) When we requested to see a provider, the Nurse Practitioner (Carol) did NOT acknowledge our concerns. When I kindly requested to have her recheck the TST again. She DIDN'T bother checking it (she didn't feel for an indurations). She repetitively stated, "We already checked it." Then after trying to understand this protocol of getting a XRAY because it was more than 1mm. All she kept saying was, "It's our protocol." Then she continues on and said, "I'm not having this conversation with you anymore. Are you going to leave? Or, should I call the sheriff?" 3) No evaluation and valid explanation was done and given. Now, out of respect (this is coming from another healthcare provider). ANY patient should have the right to have his/her questions and/or concerns answered, and be evaluated properly. What happened to "Doing good for the patient." I will NOT recommend this place to any of my friends and family. read more

I really want to give her more stars because I really really love this doc but the office ... terrible. The front desk girl are so unorganized and confused about EVERYTHING. They messed up on my paper work as well. When you ask them for an assistant they will tell you all they do is make appointments but cant even comment you to a person. Very unpleasant. If I could give this zero stars I would. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. I recently had blood work done. The people at the lab told me that I could review my results online so as soon as they were ready I logged in and reviewed them. I still had not heard back from the dr. The next day the pharmacy calls me and tells me that I have a prescription ready... I never called one in. Turns out the dr called one in for me without even calling to give me my results. So I called the dr to have someone go over the results with me and she said that the dr said everything was fine. I told her that I looked at the results online and I saw what came out as high and that it was not fine. She tried telling me again that the dr said it was all normal. I had to argue with her to tell her that I wanted the dr to tell me why something tested abnormally because I saw it online. She said she would ask the dr to call me... but was extremely rude about it. Well it has been two weeks and still no call back. Wonder how many times they told me my blood work was fine when it wasn't because I never knew I could look at it myself before. I can't trust a doctor like that. I've been a patient for years and always stayed because I liked the NP... but I've been treated badly and received poor care from the doctors and the office staff for years. No return calls. Nothing but problems when I need a referral done correctly... they messed up a referral three times last year... nothing but hassles when I need medicine refilled. This clinic has given me the worst care I have ever received. N.P. Is arrogant and cannot hear what her patients are saying. I saw Linda Olson N.P. twice because of a severe injury. Both time she never examined me or asked about my pain nor did she advise me how best to take care of the injury. She did not believe me and did not send referrals in a timely manner. She did not know what a bone scan was. This nurse is incompetent and so is the office personal. Twice they wanted me to go to E.R so the doctors could diagnose me. They just wanted me to go away. Because of their incompetence I have not received any help with my injury and because of this, my condition worsened. I have since changed doctors. They do not follow through with paperwork or send referrals to other doctors. I agree with the previous review. You cannot trust anyone here and your health will be in jeopardy.
