Mike came out and was aware of repairs that needed to be done etc. he suggested the paint colors based on AI. job wasn't started for over a month and guaranteed in writing to be completed on a certain date. Mike showed 4 times out of 7 and sent someone out that didn't go in ladders. no one worked more than 4.5 hours in any given day. job not done and he refused to come down road because it was being asphalted and he would have had to use another route in. continued to complain that the house was in a state of I'll repair and he didn't realize it would take so much time even though he's been quoting jobs for 30 some years. with job 1/2 done and paint and paint chips everywhere he said he didn't want to come back. don't waste your money.
