I had never had a good experience with a dentist in my life (maybe because I have a tiny child mouth and I'm always being yelled at to "open wider"...) so, I almost never went to the same one more than a couple times. I was hesitant to start over at another place, but I am so glad I did... On walking in, you can tell everyone loves working there and that they are a family. Dr Greg and Dr Joanne (married couple practice, how nice?) are so sweet they provide their own figurative job security; plus they have gadgets for checking your teeth that I had never heard of (including this thingy you can rest your teeth on that holds my tiny child mouth open for fillings, etc.) and the whole staff is excellent at what they do. In addition to regular cleanings, I had Six-Month-Smiles (quick braces thingies) to re-straighten my teeth before my wedding, so I got to spend more time there than the average patient which allowed me more time to observe the interactions between the hygienists, assistants, techs, doctors, and other patients. So, there are my credentials on the subject. :) P.S. Almost my whole family goes there now, and everyone agrees, APDC is phenomenal. You should go... tell them Melissa S. sent you!

Absolutely the best place ever! I hate going to the dentist…read more Like I'm afraid of it, I'm the person that shakes in the chair the entire time because of how afraid I am. But honestly i don't feel that bad here. Of course I'm still scared but they make you feel comfortable they make sure your ok. They even have Netflix for you to watch while you get your work done!! I've had a horrible tooth pain and they got me the earliest appt they could. It was a week out and I figured that would be fine. It became a lot worse I called almost in tears, most places if they are booked that's it they can't help. But not here. Even tho they knew they couldn't do any work on me they still brought me in that day to get X-rays done to see what was going on and at least to start me on pain meds and antibiotics for the infection. I had a root canal done last year and The doctor actually called the next day to checkup on me to see how I was feeling. Not the receptionist or hygienist the actual doctor! If you need a new place to go I highly recommend this place! I'll never go any where else!

BEWARE!!! I recently had a cleaning services. My hygienist…read moresaid that, oh your insurance covers 100% of fluoride treatment. I said, Im 50 y.o. I may not need it, but if it is covered 100%, why not, use every benefit that we are paying for. So, weeks later, I received a bill about $47 for that service. Then, of course I had to call their office and made an argument of what my hygienist said. The dental staff said, and, I was told that my Blue Cross dental insurance made a mistake. From there, I knew they were already lying. For the sake of verifying, I called my dental insurance and asked about the coverage. I was told that the coverage for fluoride is only up to 19 y.o. and that guideline has been set since the beginning, decades ago. So, they knew then that it was not covered. They think that maybe all patients are ok with that. For me, this is one of those revenue-generating schemes, so BEWARE!!! Addendum: 7/2/25 So, they responded that my dental insurance states that coverage is age 4 and up, so again, I just called my dental insurance again to verify what this dental office states. I verified with my dental insurance that it was clearly stated that age is UP TO 19 y.o. This dental office knew then it was not covered, but told me it was. We supposed to make an informed decision by what they say. This dental office states that they are transparent. TRANSPARENCY is best shown in actions, not in words, JUST NEED SOME ACCOUNTABILITY.

Spoke with office manager Kim Malone she advised she doesn't listen to all the calls in the office. And that she couldn't help the situation with her staff quoting me several different prices. She read the notes and saw that I called in several times confirmed the procedure. Did my due diligence. I'd advise going else where if you need to budget in a root canal. Inflation is in full effect here depending on which staff member picks up the phone. As we discussed on the phone earlier, the nature of your appointment changed after your consultation, which also affects the payment portion you would be responsible for. The consultation focused on developing a treatment plan You were presented different treatment options and those quotes for each option were accurate. We regret any misunderstanding. I asked for two options. Finalized my choice before I left this office to the cheap option. Obviously not worth their time. The called while I was working. Didn't get to the massage til after work 5pm. They canceled my appointment. So now I am left in pain trying to find another appointment. And they won't return my consultation fee that was supposed to be applied to the root canal. I would highly recommend getting everything in writing and paying for it as soon as they give you your first total that you to agree upon. I guess I like to know what I'm paying for.
