Floyd's could improve their customer service . This used to be my go to shop, but it has passed its…read moreglory days. Had my car towed there to replace two tires. The turnaround was ok, but the tires were dirty. Although they were supposed to be first quality used, I expected them to be clean. Less than a mile from the shop my car began to signal a hazard to drive. By then the shop was closed and I had to take it back the next day. When I arrived they had no time to look at it because the boss was busy. I had to leave for a family funeral but I got little sympathy and had to leave after waiting for a kiss off. This shop needs to revisit their glory days when it was a pleasure doing business with them instead of now when they need a few new tires if not a complete overhaul.

We were at the UCity CarX on the very last day that Jeff was the Manager and Brett was to began that position. I must admit that Brett has really stepped up and owned his new position with professionalism, patience and knowledge!!! The phone rings nonstop and I have personally witnessed him answer each and every call with patience and respect for each caller even if there is a store full of people standing right in front of him.
