Excellent service! Got a four-wheel alignment done and everything came out perfect. Highly recommended!
Was looking for an alignment shop that does Tesla vehicles. The owner took me in. Shop is super clean and he uses a Hunter Alignment machine. He got to work right away after finishing up with a previous customer. He let me know what was off and put all alignment to specifications from manufacturer. Definitely recommend coming here for any alignment issue or if you get a new set of tires and just want to be proactive about your vehicles alignment.
I went to a tire shop that was close by to buy some tires but they couldn't align the wheels because they didn't have the time and said that to come back tomorrow, I didn't have time to go the next day because of work so I decided to go elsewhere. I was searching on google and saw a lot of wheel alignment businesses that were In the area, there was a big business with a lot of reviews and was gonna go there but was a bit far from me and gas being this expensive lol hell no. When I was searching I saw Allen's alignment and saw that had some reviews, I wasn't really sure I was very hesitant because sometimes people buy their reviews and they trick you saying that they good at what they do and provide a bad service, don't worry I'm not a Karen and complain for anything but i like to go to places that take care of me. :) Once I got there I wasn't really sure and thinking if I made a mistake and should go to the big business with more reviews instead but then I was like fv*t it, I hope it's good since I was hesitant because I saw that there was one bad review. I'm sure I'm not the only one that goes to businesses based on good reviews, it's human nature. We don't wanna make a mistake so that's why we go and check the reviews. The owner is a gentleman and excellent customer service, he explained everything in detail for me, also advised me that I needed to change my brake pads and offered me that if I didn't have a mechanic that would do it for me that he would be happy to take care of me. The guy went for a test ride to see if anything was wrong, I found that really great because to the ones I'd been they never gone for a test ride to see if there was anything wrong. I don't usually give reviews even when I get bad service but I think this business is great, it's hard to get a good customer service nowadays. I will definitely come back, if you're reading this know that the guy is a professional and does an amazing job. Thanks! Note** He takes, credit/debit cards and cash but he doesn't take Apple Pay just in case if you forget to bring your wallet.
Came for an alignment for my Mazda 6 2016 after swapping out my lower control arms. Allen was fast & professional with his work. He asked a few questions about the vehicle , like as to why it needed an alignment. The process took about 30 mins on a Saturday morning. He test drove the vehicle after. I received a certificate of the alignment & receipt. Will definitely be coming back for my future alignments.

Professional and service oriented business. Provides valuable preventative maintenance suggestions and lowers customers' future expenses on service alignment. Can definitely recommend and will be back next time my cars need servicing.
I brought my 2001 Chevrolet S10 4x4 to Allen's, just after installing new Axles, Shocks, upper control arms and semi new tires. He provided excellent service with the alignment. He also advised other issues i should look at. Highly recommended Good man
100% Recommend this place!!!! I spent two days looking for an affordable, honest and quality alignment place in the valley. Most of them were over priced and rude. I called Allen's and Mr. Allen was very courteous, friendly and gave me a great price. He even squeezed me in between his appointments since I was pressed with time. When I arrived, I noticed the shop very clean and with the best up to date equipment. He proceeded to do the alignment and took time to explain to me the process. After he was done he provided me with a print out of the alignment. Here he explained how he couldn't properly align my rear right wheel because my car had previous repairs done to it and he detected a bad suspension part. He advised me to get the part and he would install it for me. I will return with the part to get it installed and my alignment will be properly done. Other shops won't do this, they would just charge you, half ass the work and send you home. He definitely shows he cares for his customers. I definitely recommend this shop. He also does oil changes at an affordable price.

Hit a pot hole recently and my cars alignment was way off. I was very concerned and was lucky to come across this local shop. And WOW! Am I impressed with the skill and detail. Allen inspected my car prior to conducting any work and then proceeded to perform tests on the wheels alignment. He did a 4 wheel alignment on my car and then once the job was completed, he test drove it to ensure his job was done accurately. I also want to note the way his shop is setup reassures the customer that he truly is doing his job and pays attention to all the fine details. I don't know much about cars but during the whole process I watched as he adjusted and checked his computers/devices. This place provides great and valuable service. Price was fair and well deserved, for the work he puts into your car. You can definitely tell Allen is a honest and hardworking individual. read more

Allen did an excellent job with the wheel alignment. He actually took the time to make sure the alignment was aligned properly. Other alignment shops just align it and send you off. I want to make sure that my car, the tires and suspension last a long time. Looks like I found my place to do wheel alignments. read more

I recently had the front end lifted with new coil overs so I needed an alignment ASAP for it to be drivable. Came here early at 8am for an alignment on my FJ. Allen was very friendly. He has a fancy alignment machine! He explained the adjustments he had to make. He even test drove it after to make sure it drives well. The shake in the steering is gone now. I'll be back for all my alignment needs. read more

Needed an alignment for my Toyota and decided to give Allen's a try. With 14 reviews and 5 stars I thought why not. When I first arrived, I was greeted by Allen, the owner. He asked me what the issue was with my car and promptly went to work to fix my alignment. Allen was quick, thorough and most importantly, fixed my alignment. Allen's shop is clean and he uses modern equipment to diagnose and fix your problem. I was in and out of Allen's shop in about 35 minutes. After fixing my alignment, Allen checked my brakes and shocks and recommended that a shock be replaced. He wasn't pushy and said that it doesn't have to be done right away. With great customer service and good prices (cheaper than the surrounding shops I contacted), I would definitely recommend Allen's Alignment Center. read more

I needed an alignment asap for my pick up truck since its my working truck . Came to allen shop to get an alignment done first thing he says you must get the tires all same size to have a perfect alignment . Something other people wont tell you and just do the job. So got all 4 tires same size . Allen not just does hes job he actually shows you step by step and teaches you stuff and how the computer reads and for him to take a step beyond his limits he went under the truck and did his magic . ALLEN ALIGNMENT IS YOJR SHOP PEOPLE HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE!! Thanks ALLEN for your service and honestly. read more

After a minor accident I had wit h my car my car was pulling to the left all the time because i had hit the curb real hard I asked the mechanic that was working on my car what should I he told me I needed an alignment and this place was luckily in the same plaza so I gave them a try thanks to them my car does not pull to the left no more it was getting really annoying but luckily wasent a big mess up so they were able to get it right so I don't have the issue no more thank you Allen for the great service read more
