Hit a pot hole recently and my cars alignment was way off. I was very concerned and was lucky to come across this local shop. And WOW! Am I impressed with the skill and detail. Allen inspected my car prior to conducting any work and then proceeded to perform tests on the wheels alignment. He did a 4 wheel alignment on my car and then once the job was completed, he test drove it to ensure his job was done accurately. I also want to note the way his shop is setup reassures the customer that he truly is doing his job and pays attention to all the fine details. I don't know much about cars but during the whole process I watched as he adjusted and checked his computers/devices. This place provides great and valuable service. I went to a tire shop that was close by to buy some tires but they couldn't align the wheels because they didn't have the time and said that to come back tomorrow, I didn't have time to go the next day because of work so I decided to go elsewhere. I was searching on google and saw a lot of wheel alignment businesses that were In the area, there was a big business with a lot of reviews and was gonna go there but was a bit far from me and gas being this expensive lol hell no. When I was searching I saw Allen's alignment and saw that had some reviews, I wasn't really sure I was very hesitant because sometimes people buy their reviews and they trick you saying that they good at what they do and provide a bad service, don't worry I'm not a Karen and complain for anything but i like to go to places that take care of me. :) Once I got there I wasn't really sure and thinking if I made a mistake and should go to the big business with more reviews instead but then I was like fv*t it, I hope it's good since I was hesitant because I saw that there was one bad review. I'm sure I'm not the only one that goes to businesses based on good reviews, it's human nature. We don't wanna make a mistake so that's why we go and check the reviews. The owner is a gentleman and excellent customer service, he explained everything in detail for me, also advised me that I needed to change my brake pads and offered me that if I didn't have a mechanic that would do it for me that he would be happy to take care of me. The guy went for a test ride to see if anything was wrong, I found that really great because to the ones I'd been they never gone for a test ride to see if there was anything wrong. I don't usually give reviews even when I get bad service but I think this business is great, it's hard to get a good customer service nowadays. I will definitely come back, if you're reading this know that the guy is a professional and does an amazing job. Thanks! 100% Recommend this place!!!! I spent two days looking for an affordable, honest and quality alignment place in the valley. Most of them were over priced and rude. I called Allen's and Mr. Allen was very courteous, friendly and gave me a great price. He even squeezed me in between his appointments since I was pressed with time. When I arrived, I noticed the shop very clean and with the best up to date equipment. He proceeded to do the alignment and took time to explain to me the process. After he was done he provided me with a print out of the alignment. Here he explained how he couldn't properly align my rear right wheel because my car had previous repairs done to it and he detected a bad suspension part. He advised me to get the part and he would install it for me. I will return with the part to get it installed and my alignment will be properly done. Other shops won't do this, they would just charge you, half ass the work and send you home. He definitely shows he cares for his customers. I definitely recommend this shop. He asked me what the issue was with my car and promptly went to work to fix my alignment. Allen was quick, thorough and most importantly, fixed my alignment. Allen's shop is clean and he uses modern equipment to diagnose and fix your problem. I was in and out of Allen's shop in about 35 minutes. After fixing my alignment, Allen checked my brakes and shocks and recommended that a shock be replaced. He wasn't pushy and said that it doesn't have to be done right away.
