Saturday morning I drove up to North Hollywood and a piece of metal flew off of a truck and landed in my lane. It wasn't too big but I didn't have time to maneuver around it. After a few hours I realized my PSI went from 40 to 18. I filled it up with air, but it was leaking about 1psi every 5 minutes. I took my car to this place (I've been here six years ago) and they were very patient and quick in helping me find the leak. It was on the side of my tire, so they recommended me replace the tire with a used one for $80. I agreed. After they replaced it, I asked them to inspect the other tires and if they recommended me to replace them, I would. They recommended me to replace the passenger rear tire since wires were coming out of it. I agreed. This is when things took a turn for the worse. They used an impact gun to remove the nuts, and it wasn't very successful. They took turns trying, and then ultimately resorted to the torque wrench. What looked like success was actually them breaking two of the five nuts on my car. They blamed it on the aftermarket parts and told me to take it to a welder, and said there's nothing else they can do there. I asked if it was safe to drive and thanked them for their time. I drove off and parked on the side of the street to take photos and get a second opinion. That's when I realized that aside from the two broke/jammed nuts, the other three were loosened, to the point where I was able to remove them with my bare hands. That is where the one star comes in. I specifically asked them if it was safe to drive, and they said they didn't touch the rest of the nuts. They said it was safe, and they let me drive off with three loose nuts. I went back to them and told them to tighten back the loose ones. First they said they didn't touch it and then realized that it was indeed loose. No apology, no admission of guilt. I don't like leaving one star reviews, but this is extremely dangerous and had I not inspected it before my hour long drive south, it could have been a lot worse. I don't care if they overcharged me for the tire, or if they took longer than I expected, but I do care that they sent me off worse than when I pulled in. Unacceptable. Hope this is a learning experience for everyone involved.

I went in this afternoon and the tires were installed within minutes of me pulling in. Last time I got tires at Costco, I had to wait around for several hours for them to be installed. Never again. This is my second experience with Noho Tire & Wheels. My first experience went brilliant. I came in with a tire that was losing pressure due to a nail and they patched me up in no time at a reasonable cost and sent me on my way. Just a positive experience all around. This time I was towed in with a very bad flat and without even a greeting a "Hello, how are you doing?" Or a "Hey what's going on with your tires today?" A man seated in the alley approached me and was immediately pressuring me to buy four brand new tires at a cost of $110 each without even looking at my tires first. He told me that my tires are old and they should be replaced and that if I didn't agree right away it would cost me more money later. This level of aggression was cold and disheartening and it is absolutely the reason why I will go somewhere else to get my tires replaced. After dealing with the unfriendly and aggressive sales tactics, the service was speedy and efficient and I was able to get back on my way with a new tire. Overall I would still recommend them to people in the area but I'll be on the lookout for another place going forward. read more

If it wasn't for the owner and Inman, I wouldn't return to this business. These two are amazing and caring people. I first came here in 2025 to get new tires and had a good experience. Recently, I had a nail in one of my tires, so I drove to NOHO Tires. A woman who said she was the manager greeted me and asked what happened. I explained the situation, and she said they could patch it for $30. I told her that I had purchased the tires here less than a year ago and asked if they could help me out. I understand that $30 isn't a lot, but I thought they might be able to assist since I bought the tires from them. She refused and insisted it would be $30. I asked if the owner was there. She said yes, but she went ahead of me to speak with him first to convince him to charge me. She spoke to him in Spanish, but I followed her. The owner responded very differently than she did. He told her that he would take care of it for me this time for free. After they finished patching the tire, "the manager" told me to pay $20. I was confused, so I walked over to the owner and asked him how much I owed. He told me he would let it go this time, but that next time I would have to pay. I respected that, and it showed why he is the owner and she not because God doesn't like greediness. As I was leaving, she pulled another employee to the side and was talking about me, while pointing to me. It felt more like bullying,but I don't pay attention to people like her. I was honestly not planning to return after that interaction, but because of the owner's generosity and understanding, I will continue giving my business to him. read more

This place is my secret weapon when it comes to quality new-used tires at a good price whenever I'm in the Valley. They are quick and I never need an appointment. And talk about friendly -- Inmar, Crystal & her brother Dante are all as nice as they are skilled and efficient. I have been needing new tires for a year now. My friend recommended Noho Tires and set up the appointment for me. When I showed up, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Jesse said it would be about an hour, so I went to the coffee shop a few doors down and hung out there. Crystal came and let me know my car was ready. I hope this review isn't bad for business, as I mean it to be the exact opposite! My tire had gone flat a couple of times and I pumped it back up. 3rd time, I had roadside assistance swap it for the donut and I drove to NoHo Tires & Wheels. They could easily have sold me a new tire, & maybe two, but they checked out my tire, found nothing wrong, put it back on the car, and pumped all 4 up to the appropriate level. I've been driving on it for the past month with no problem. They wouldn't charge me, nor accept a tip! When I actually DO need tires? They'll get my business. I truly appreciate their honesty and kindness. read more

They have a great selection on tires and honestly really competitive pricing. Usually, I don't have the need to get the high end/most expensive tires, but their pricing is honestly unmatched. I was about to go to another tire shop who quoted me $500 for 4 new tires, but the brand was Blackhawk. After speaking with Jesse, and another worker (forgot his name sorry!) they told me how bad those tires are and the quality of them. They recommended me some tires that would last around 3-4 years and have an 80,000 mile warranty, for a very great price out the door. Something a shop like pep boys and Costco would charge well over $1,000 for. read more

You know when you're having a no good, very bad, terrible day. When you try to drive your car in the morning only to find out you have not one but two flat tires and you're trying not to break down. So I called around and this seemed like the quickest and cheapest option and had the tow truck drop me off here. They had a whole line up of cars so i was a bit skeptical when they said only 30 minutes but honestly it was even quicker than that. A group of really nice men work here and I felt confident leaving that my car is safe to drive. I will only be coming here in the future next time I inevitably run over nails. read more

Got some tires online and sent to Noho tires for installation. They took me right away and gave me a window on how long it would take. Checked out the neighborhood while I waited and got some tacos. I had a great experience swapping out my rims at NoHo Tires and Wheels. Not only did they take excellent care of my ride, but I also got to enjoy the incredible murals by @sloe_motions while I waited. Before finding them, I made the mistake of getting a quote from a big-name chain (American Tire Depot), and they had the audacity to quote me double what NoHo did. Lesson learned--supporting independent businesses in the hood is always the way to go. Oh, and here's a bonus: you can walk just a few feet up Lankershim Blvd to grab a tasty cup of coffee at @caravanacoffee while you wait! So much better than sitting in a waiting room watching cable news or an annoying daytime talkshow somewhere else! If you're dealing with tire issues, I can't recommend this place enough! read more

Owners brother is a scumbag. Takes money for fixing tire when nothing was wrong. I offered to give it to the worker who worked on the tire and he wouldn't even do that. This guy is a scam. Don't pay before service is done. Never going back read more

I was not able to go that week, however the following week I was nearby so figured I would just stop by and see if he could service my vehicle, but let him know I needed my car back by a certain time. He called about an hour before I needed it saying they were wrapping up and shared the final price which ended up being a few dollars less than the original estimate. Roadside assistance gave me a jump and explained that my battery might be bad but my alternator was reading 14 so it most likely is a bad battery. Got a brand new battery from AutoZone thinking my problem was solved. After having to get another jump I brought it to Pacific on Friday and was told I needed a new alternator and was even shown the reader that read 12.44. I explained what I was told just 2 days before but the mechanic who put the reader on my car kept saying it needed replacing. Another guy then brings me in the office to show me the part costing $881 on the computer and proceeds in a dramatic fashion to tell me it's expensive but labor isn't big so he'll give me a good deal taking it from $990 to $840 and they can do it today. I would've been insulted if it wasn't so funny to me that they would think I was that dumb. After getting the BS speech I let him know I'd need to call my brother. While waiting I had already submitted requests for quotes on Yelp and immediately took my car to Dave's Quick Lube. I explained what the issue was but after running a diagnostic he said it was electrical but my alternator was actually good. Recommended I go to Golden State Auto Repair so I headed there to get my car looked at. They found out a lever was broken something was draining my battery, fixed the problem and only charged me $250! Today was the 1st day I was able to start my car up no issues. BEWARE. It's bad enough to be overcharged but to not even give accurate diagnostics is insane. Not sure if it was me being a woman or black but either way this was a disappointing experience.

I brought my car to Funk Bros Auto on Ventura, which is a fantastic mechanic, for a new battery and a synthetic oil change. They inform me that my brake pads were down to almost nothing in the front. This was very disconcerting because I had spent my final discretionary income on the battery and the oil change. So here I am about to have brake pads go metal to metal, and being quoted a little more than I could actually afford. But as you know, brakes are pretty much an emergency repair that needs to be done as soon as you know that it needs to be done. You can't wait on brakes. So for the next 24 hours, I was emotionally distraught thinking about my vehicle. Until I did a quick yelp search and Burbank quality brake and alignment. I call, Mark answers, I tell him when I need done, he starts giving me exact pricing for each part, including the amount of cents. He tells me he'll call me back with a quote. He calls me back five minutes later and quotes me the best price that I have found anywhere for my front brakes and rotors needing to be replaced. It was JUST within my price range. I'm talking just within my price range within 20 bucks of what I could afford. Mark being so diligent and respectful with every cent accounted for allowed me to get my brakes done (which gave me instant peace of mind). And not only did they get done, once I came into the mechanic shop Mark has the biggest heart and instantly won my trust. I just handed the keys over with full confidence it was all going to be done right. He sees my guitar in the trunk and he starts talking about guitars and shows me a guitar that he designed himself a really really nice Stratocaster. I feel like I've been friends with this guy my whole life, and not only would I get every service done here in the future, but I would easily recommend that you do the same because this is a truly honorable business, and truly respectable man, who runs it putting his customers first. They not only fixed my car but went above and beyond to find the problem at their cost. They tracked down the problem that I could not find after hours and hours of working on my car and even though the first fix did not resolve it they continued to trouble shoot until the issue was resolved. They only charged for the part they repaired and not for the hours they spent trouble shooting and I know after working on the car it was not an easy fix. I have taken my car to other shops that just charge for unnecessary repairs they think are the issue but this is the first place I have found that I can honestly say treats you like family and not just trying to make a quick buck to move on to the next car. Thanks noho tires for not ripping me off ! I had to change all 4 of my tires and was super scared i was going to be spending over $1000. I found noho tires and decided to give them a call. I spoke to christian over the phone and he said they have a variety of brand new and used tires. I drove down one day and asked for Christian. He was very kind and professional. I was referred to Jesse through my church. He helped me so much by replacing the oversized gangster rims and rotten tires my used Yukon came with, with a nice set of stock GMC rims and some barely used Michelin tires. I'm a senior, and need to have safe and dependable transportation. He was very accommodating and more than fair with his pricing. This is my second experience with this business. As always the people are accommodating very through and helpful. The first time they patched a nail ,and second experience they filled tires took off tire to find out why the low tire light keeps coming on. I got help from Jaime... he was fast and efficient. . Price was totally reasonable. . He even bothered to help me fill my other tyres! I got my patching done in 10 minutes and it costed me $15. Of course don't forget to tip them. .. let them know they are doing a good job read more
