We were treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. They were extremely patient with me through multiple design changes and provided many options on their custom design website. They also provided 3D images for approval after final selection was made. Since all the work is done on site, Amir is able to melt down any old jewelry and use them towards your purchase. Unlike most jewelry stores that offer custom jewelry and have to send it out with a 10-12 week turnaround time, Jax Jewelry House performs all their work ONSITE within 14 days. They offer a lifetime warranty on their jewelry. This is a family business and I had the privilege of meeting their adult son and daughter. Both were very nice. Their prices and concierge type feel was beyond what I would have received at any other high-end jewelry retailer in the area for half the cost. In the end, Amir and Rahin, created a beautiful, custom 2.5 ct, 10K White Gold Trapezoid wedding band with a jacket ring, from a concept that I saw online. "I don't know why you're shaking your finger, that doesn't show anything" when my GF tried to see if a certain size would fall off her finger. He later told me how the size would depend on the ring's "shank". I had never heard the term and asked him what that meant. He literally laughed, waved me off, and walked away. I asked the woman afterward if he is always that rude to people who ask questions. Her answer? "Yeah, that's my dad, he just had knee surgery". And that was that. Seriously? He just had knee surgery so he's a rude and pretentious jerk to customers asking questions? Give me a break.
