My only "critique" is that it's served with two small pieces of bread when you really need at least six to soak up every drop of that new broth! Last year, the Prime Rib and medallions were incredible, but you have to branch out to see what this kitchen can really do. I went with the Bison Filet--perfectly cooked, generous portioning, and served over delicious mashed potatoes and broccolini. My wife had the Peppered Bison Tenderloin Linguini; the flavors were layers deep and the portion was so filling that she actually had a great lunch to bring home. Our server, Jubal, was the highlight of the evening, honestly can't say enough good things about him. He was knowledgeable, professional, and possessed an impressive amount of patience. We watched him spend 15 minutes gracefully explaining everything from wine vintages to basic steak temperatures to a very demanding table nearby.
