Wow, this is the best restaurant in town! People are so friendly here. They have a full bar with a lot of liquor and beer. Their hamburger is the bomb, and the grilled chicken sandwich is delicious--the ciabatta bun is cooked so crispy, the best I've ever had. The French dip is great, according to my husband. I love the onion rings too. Please make sure to come when you're in the area. I work in Plains at the hospital but get to come visit our clinic in Hot Springs about once a month. Every time I do I buy pizza for everyone...mostly because it's just about the best pizza I've ever eaten! The people working there are really nice and it's always ready right on time. Service was fast and friendly, food was very delicious and environment was as if the town was a giant family. It was very clean, even seen someone break away from the workers group conversation to clean the bathrooms. I'm glad we stopped along our route despite seeing a few "interesting" characters that made us want to skip the town at first. If you feel concerned about the few "interesting" folks, there is window seating where you can see the parking area if you're worried about your vehicle while inside. 3 of us hit this for a Saturday lunch - place was FREEZING - there were NO customers- we asked them to turn down the A/C and the big girl behind the bar said that they were hot - would not accommodate the ONLY lunch customers (the 3 of us) So we said we were leaving without eating, she was unapologetic- hmmm. Fergie's Pub is the best family friendly eating establishment in Hot Springs (as of October 2023). It is an old bar with food. They serve a little bit of everything. Pizza, burgers, sandwiches, soups and I believe on Wednesday, if you're lucky, you can find sushi rolls. They have tv for sports fans and a shuffle board. read more

the food is great all the times I've been their, but the waitress on shift, Christine, when we came in that night on 9/3/23 was very rude and short with us. We asked for ranch when we ordered over the phone and when we came in it wasn't in the boxes so we asked nicely if we could get some ranch and she told us no but she would try. I appreciate the trying but when she was getting the ranch she was complaining about having to scoop it out. Apparently they were almost out of ranch. It also took us almost ten minutes to get noticed and about 15 to get our food and pay. I hate leaving a bad review like this especially about my favorite food place in my hometown but I just want people to be aware of what could happen. Great food, great people. The French dip was the best tasting meat I have ever had in a French dip. The burger was a mountain of meat, and the fries fresh cut and made. Have a big appetite for the double burger, I should have stayed with the single but wanted bacon....next time I will add bacon to the single. Good beer selection on tap, good variety. I had the Dirty Church IPA, which I am not an IPA fan but this was really good they also had honey Hefe and PBR, and something from Philipsburg and another I don't remember. I go to Symes often in the winter months and this is the first time I have eaten at Fergies. I had a grilled chicken Ceasar salad and my buddy had a Patti melt with onion rings. The food was absolutely divine! My salad was $5 and you can add either grilled or crispy chicken for $2. I added the grilled chicken, the salad was also topped with an abundance of bacon, which was surprising since a traditional Caesar does not have bacon on it. There was so much bacon and lots of tender juicy chicken. I was surprised because most places are skimpy with their toppings. I asked my buddy how his food was and he replied, excellent. I am very happy to have found this restaurant and bar as I will be eating here as often as I am in town! Service staff are exceptional. read more

Even though Fergie's appears to be just a bar, it is more than that. This pub offers a wide variety of foods freshly prepared on-site. Probably the worst hamburger I have ever eaten. Food and milk shake took over 50 minutes to bring to the table. Nacho's were ordered as an appetizer and they came out with burgers and they were cold. This is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. read more

I don't usually review places, BUT Fergies is not a usual place. Located a couple of blocks from the hot springs this small town restaurant brings awesome food and inventive drinks to locals and tourists alike. We went there for lunch and had a delicious assortment of sandwiches (turkey club was delicious) and tacos. I also opted for one of the many milkshakes on the menu. After a quick dip in the hot springs we returned for dinner. My boyfriend and I sat at a table and played cards as we ordered great beer, a refreshing drink called the gingerita, and the Supreme Pizza. I would come back to Hot Springs just for Fergies! If you are anywhere nearby you should absolutely check it out! read more
