I first came here about a year ago to check my food allergies. Dr. Welch is incredibly sweet, kind,…read moreand truly attentive. He ran every test needed for possible food allergies, and I'm so glad he did--his thoroughness confirmed a few things I had suspected. This year, I returned to get tested for cat, dog, and environmental allergies. Same great experience: I got tested, learned exactly what I'm allergic to, and now we can stay on top of everything. One day I also asked him to test me for bee and wasp allergies, since I had a reaction after being stung by those mean white-faced hornets. Sure enough, that allergy was confirmed as well. We made a plan together, and we're following it now. Honestly, Dr. Welch and his staff are the sweetest human beings--so professional, yet so warm. I love when medical staff treat you like a real person, not a robot, and that's exactly how they are. If you have allergies of any kind, this is the place to go. You won't be sorry.

I've been suffering from a bad eczema flare up and lifelong asthma. Booking an appointment, going…read morethrough the test, and receiving allergy shots has been a breeze. Having shopped around for allergists locally, Olympia Allergy's services are a good deal. Dr. Welch is also very attentive to detail and care. I hate shots (needle phobia), but Dr. Welch and his staff make the process as painless as possible.

After being plagued by chronic health conditions for over 20 years, having gone to over 21 doctors…read more- Dr B not only found things through correct testing that others never had, I have more sustained energy than ever. She takes every single question, symptom and concern very seriously and doesn't stop until she finds an answer with you. I was completely disheartened by the medical system until DR B was referred to me. Forever grateful for her!

Dr. Bobovski was recommended to me by a friend at a time when I was very discouraged and…read moredisappointed by recent doctor's visits, and the American prescribe-something-and-get-the-patient-outta-here medical personality in general. In only one visit and one follow-up appointment, which she came into the office on Christmas Eve to give (!!), Dr. Bobovski resolved an allergy/immune issue that four doctors, two allergists and a dermatologist couldn't, over the course of 18 months and several dangerous prescriptions/injections, couldn't. A food allergy test! who'da thunk it? My insurance covered the appointment and blood work, and although I did pay out of pocket for the food allergy panel ($85) and for the vitamins I purchased, I'd take that cash payment anyday over a life of free but questionably safe and clearly ineffective prescriptions that covered up my symptoms but didn't help the problem whatsoever, or teach me anything about my body. If I hadn't taken the "radical" plunge into naturopathy (the quotes are a JOKE), I would have taken steroid injections for goodness knows how long, and never learned about my semi serious food allergies that 23 years of cluelessness turned into an eventual allergy and weakened immune system. Two years after seeing her for the first time, I have never had another allergic reaction, and my gut has re-built itself after 23 years of abuse (poor gut!). Dr. Bobovski has respect for her patients and their sense of their own body. She's open about the benefits and limitations about naturopathy. I've never felt uncomfortable for a second in the waiting area (which has great magazines, btw) or naked in a gown on her table. I have never for a second felt rushed into or out of her office -- the level of focus and devotion to each and every issue or question you have is unreal for a doctor at a busy office. Dr. Bobovski and this lovely facility not only fixed the problem I went there for, but helped me to learn about my body from my body, and utterly rejuvenated my faith in medicine and doctors. I could not offer a higher recommendation for this doctor or the facility! And although I haven't personally seen any of her fellow doctors, I've heard good things.

Proliance ear nose and throat…read more Accident delayed caused lateness and it took over an hour and half to get there! Then it took another half a hour to get through the building, parking and two elevators!!!! All to be told, come back another day! With a nonchalant attitude! No empathy, understanding or compassion, just plain BLAH! After all the time to get there and another month to reschedule!

Dr. Knapp is a god-send! I have been miserable the last 5-6 years. I couldn't breathe, was coughing…read moreconstantly, couldn't lose my baby weight because I'd go to the gym and be wheezing and have to stop. Probably worst of all were the constant sinus infections, 5-8 infections each year. I was always on antibiotics--the last infection took me through four different antibiotics and none would help. I was referred to Dr. Knapp's office a couple months ago, and he went through my CT scans, did an exam, and determined the root cause of my problems: small cavities, infected tissue that no medication would help, deviated septum, and just very small airways. He gave me lots of options, and also mentioned surgery. I have heard how awful sinus surgery is, but he told me that while he can't guarantee it to cure 100% of my ailments, that it would make my life significantly better. So, I went in a month ago and had turbinate reduction (he took an inch off from one cavity!), removal of the infected tissue and opening of my passageways, as well as a septoplasty. A month after the surgery now, I feel like my entire life has changed. I haven't coughed once! I used to stay up all night coughing, every night. The recovery has had some pretty disgusting parts, but I can't tell you how amazing it is to be able to breath. I only had dissolvable packing, which I heard is the worst part of the recovery, and no bruising at all. He's a miracle worker, and his staff is fantastic: his nurse was always available to me, (he even called me twice on the phone, which I have never heard of a doctor doing before), and his billing staff worked diligently to get my stubborn insurance to cover the cost. Another reassuring point is that I see an amazing doctor for my asthma and allergy issues, and he and Dr. Knapp told me the same things about treatment, ailments, recovery, without ever even talking to each other. I was very impressed that these doctors were on the same page. :) He's amazing!
