I found the staff and Dr Tarin to be friendly, caring and very professional. My issue was taken care of successfully at that first office visit. They did an MRI of my neck and they have me a headset to listen to some music. The machine is larger and I was told can accommodate someone up to 500lbs. I didn't feel as closed in as I usually do. Today it was an MRI of my brain. It was noisy and I couldn't wait for it to be over with but it wasn't that bad! I wasn't sedated. If you need an MRI and they scare you or you are claustrophobic this is a place for you!

Do NOT go here! My complaints with this facility are as follows:…read more 1) It is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. I spent literal HOURS trying to get through. I would go through phone prompt hell to be told, for example, that I was 3rd in line waiting only to either a) have the phone ring over 100 times and then hang up on me or b) I would just be stuck on hold for half an hour. 2) Their changing rooms are just cubicles with curtains on them. I was already feeling distinctly uncomfortable as they were walking around with a workman, discussing what they wanted done. So I quickly took my top off and put on the gown and sat down to take my shoes off, only to then have one of the employees PEEK IN THE CURTAIN AT ME. She asked me, without any trace of embarrassment at getting caught, if I required any assistance. Um, NO, I don't. She then peeked in AGAIN when walking by after my MRI and I was changing back into my clothes. If you do cannot tell if anyone is in the changing room simply by the fact that the curtain is CLOSED, then try knocking or clearing your throat. There is ZERO reason that you should be peeping in on people while they are changing their clothes! 3) The person who did my MRI was nice, but there was zero communication either before or during my MRI as to how long the process would be. My appointment was at 3 and I got there early to fill out paperwork, and I didn't get out of there until after 4:20. I will never go to this place ever again.

I carry my Dexcom reader with me to all of my doctor's appointments and they are AMAZED at the job she has done in the short time that I've seen her. I've been able to get rid of some meds while cutting down on the dosage of others and my blood sugar is STILL better than it was before I started coming here. I can't thank Krista enough for what she has done for me. The office staff is really nice, also.

My mom was impressed and grateful that her toe, is not hurting her because doctor cut the nail and sanded it even as much as he could. So when she wears her shoe, the toe is not numbed anymore. I would recommend Dr Sommer. And I must say, everyone has experiences that can be bad or good. You may read reviews, show bad, cause thats what they experienced, while the ones who had good experiences will say, it was great. However, its like that everywhere. But truly. Give him a call, try it yourself. If you don't get the service as expected? I am sorry. You gaved it a try. If you did get that great service, please post away the experience you had.
