If you have issues, they are very slow in responding. And if you have neighbor issues, they will ignore your concerns. We had a neighbor that kept smoking. We told them about a half dozen times. Nothing was done. They said, we asked them and they told us they were not smoking. Unreal. It only stopped bc that tenant moved out! Lastly, when it snows, they make everyone move their cars in a rushed manner. They will even bang on your door if you don't come outside right away. And while they are plowing, everything is in a literal disarray. It makes living at Socha unenjoyable. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Apologies , for not having been able to have my twice annual chicken and pizza parties for your most deserving and incredible crew , thus far , due to my life threatening blackout and injuries suffered at my apartment , that has precluded me from driving but hopefully , I'll be cleared medically to drive again as soon as late Sept , from my heart specialist? Since , they're still trying to work though , why I blacked out , without any warning? Fortunately for me , my loving daughter and her mother have exhaustingly taken me to all my appointments since my April 12 collapse and sustained injuries that occured while free falling unconsciously in my kitchen and hitting my head on the dish washer that protruded out from the kitchen counter? Although there was a bloody mess in my kitchen and carpet , caused by me dragging myself to my phone to call for help , via 911 and then somehow crawling to my door to assist help from my wonderful neighbors , there was No greater bloody mess than on the dishwasher that my daughter's mother cleaned up around 1am of so , but not before taking many Pictures of what they shockingly found upon their arrival , after first leaving the Concord General Hospital with her brother after lovingly cleaning me up as well!!! We're forever grateful for the actions of my loving elderly neighbors for what they did for me that most horrific evening , in not only contacting my family as the paramedics worked feverishly to save my life , while yelling at my poor neighbor to get out , but also stayed up till that late hour to give my keys to my daughter's mother , so that could clean-up the bloody mess , thus , I wouldn't have to relive that horror after I regained consciousness but I surely thought I was going to leave this earth but only by the Grace of God was I saved , in Jesus' Name , Amen! We've been here for about 1 month now…read more It is quiet with an abundance of wooded areas. Those are the positives. So, if you are new to the area and need a relatively affordable temporary dwelling, it will do. On the negative side, although the apartments are listed as "non-smoking," and NH is a "non-recreational-marijuana," use state, apparently, the folks out here can't help themselves. Both cigarettes and weed will leak into your residence at all hours (as early as 3:00 AM -6:30 AM) which kind of gives you an idea of what people need to live in these parts. Management, is friendly but play dumb when it comes to drugs. So, if you want that on the side, it could be a nice fit. The laundry is communal. So, whatever they have, staph/bedbugs, you will get if you use it. There is a Laundromat with oversized machines which you can sanitize before usage. The older people out here are very down to earth. There are a lot of Man-baby children with loud motorcycles and kids. Those are hit and miss. If you land in one of their buildings, you will know it. You can get weed out here if you want it. Some people actually understand it is SKANK week and stinks up the hallways and smoke it outside. Those are the good residents. So, though it is illegal, you are safe if you want to engage out here. If you have asthma, you will not do well at all. Just don't renew your lease.

The maintenance department makes it safe there is every single month they check it out fire alarms, gas alarms you name it is checked it's a secure building. I feel safe here with my two sons, and they get to go to the Bedford school district And that's why I moved here and honestly I have nothing bad to say they have a washing machine and dryer right near you that they have a dishwasher and it's wonderful I mean I got to tell you I feel so blessed to live at Bedford Green Apartments in Bedford New Hampshire. We have been here for three years and I am very happy and satisfied with Carisbrooke. The…read moremaintenance people are always pleasant, very understanding and helpful even if the task is a simple one. They never make you feel like you are bothering them. The time from when I write the maintenance request until it is taken care of is almost always the same day and many times within a couple of hours. The property outside is also well taken care of. In the winter, I have never had to worry about the snow and ice. It is always taken care of. They provide doggy poop bags around the property and they have a dog area where the dogs can run around. We don't have any dogs, but there are many here. We have never felt unsafe because they are always on leashes. The residents are also friendly and kind. The property manager is also very helpful whenever necessary. We just renewed our lease for another year and plan to be here for a long time.

A current review may be helpful to prospective renters - The attention to detail begins when…read moreentering the property. The tattered American flag is never lowered or replaced. The "convenient" location is a LOCKED gate (by Carisbrooke) to the many stores and restaurants that abut the property. "On-site maintenance" is one man who is shared with multiple locations and lives over an hour away. And ... don't call after 4:00 - it's never an emergency. The heat is shut off April 1st, and the Air is shut off on September 1st-weather isn't a factor-it goes by the maintenance schedule. So on those 80 degree September days - no air - you need to go out! General cleaning for this 100+ unit building is done by one person only Monday to Friday. No matter the weather, you will walk into 3 "wet floor" signs - the residents move them for walkers, wheelchairs, carts, etc. Common halls are vacuumed once a month, glass doors and elevators cleaned mostly once a week and common trash at entries are overflowing by Saturday. You will walk thru trash on Monday morning getting to your car. The interior common windows have NEVER been washed. The fitness center is a room, with posted hours, no restroom or access to water (most of us pay for a gym). The TV is not connected to service. The resident function room and the common bathrooms are locked to residents the game room and library have been removed. For $75 per month you get under cover parking. Most residents park there M-F after 5:00 p.m. and all weekend for free. If you pay for a spot , it's your job to ensure someone in your spot is towed (that is not a maintenance call or an emergency). The property manager does park closest (because they can easily slip out the back door to avoid the residents) - that spot is not available to lease. The building is externally secure, however, any correspondence from the property manager (which oddly is more than a couple times a month) will be taped on your door. Its an easy way to tell which apartment has no one home. The security cameras are used against you ie.- "break down the box, you're on camera", etc.) Because everything is locked after office hours, there is no community - you walk in, go to your room and leave when you want to have fun. Essentially, you pay adult prices and are treated like an impoverished child!

Residents don't use the compactor but management does nothing to address it. The dog spa is always clogged and filthy. Leasing Office: You have to constantly follow up just to get basic responsibilities handled. Their infamous phrase to any complaint is "do you have a picture" because they are too lazy to do their own jobs and look at cameras that are sufficiently posted all over the building. Staff seem unfamiliar with their own lease and often refuse to enforce it. The office closes without notice, ignores emails, and takes months to address issues--if anything is done at all. The property manager, Mallory, is rude, and there's little accountability or follow-through. Noise: We've had constant noise from upstairs neighbors since move-in--barking dogs, stomping, and loud activity from early morning through the day. Despite repeated complaints and providing logs, emails, and video evidence, management refuses to act and dismisses it as "normal apartment living." Parking: Deplorable. The snow policy essentially asks residents to sit by their windows and watch the plows, ready to move their cars at any time. There is also not enough parking for residents. When we moved in, we were told one vehicle per bedroom for our 3-bedroom apartment -- that was a lie. When we confronted the office, they said we didn't have to move in. Customer Service & Communication: Horrible. Responses are clearly AI-generated and defensive, showing no real concern for residents. Any response to a review will also be very defensive and AI-generated. It will probably call me rude or disrespectful, but I have been nothing but respectful and professional while seeking a resolution to not getting a full night's sleep due to upstairs neighbors' noise. Want to speak to upper management? Good luck. No one will provide an email, and if you call the corporate number, no one answers. When we first moved in, we were given the regional manager's card - that person has since left. Now the office claims it is against policy to provide the regional manager's contact -- despite having given us the last RM's number and email. This place is a nightmare. I am a current resident and I would not wish living here on anyone. I cannot get out of our lease soon enough. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. UPDATE APRIL 2026: Still unable to get any respect at this place, the noise complaints are a waste of time- management will do nothing but lie to you. The poop is absolutely disgusting, management said they would pick it up but there is poop everywhere. People leave dirty clothing in the lobby and shoes in the hallways, the tile floors are caked with dirt and grime. Major sanitary concern in both your apartment and common areas. I found black mold on my windows when the building is less than a year old. I told the leasing office but also took care of it- they insisted coming in, opened the window sprayed glass cleaner and left. Again - Good luck with the management of this building and Brady Sullivan as a whole. Place lies to you, lies to each other, and no one cares to get anything done. We have been dealing with noisy neighbors since the day we moved in, all management does is keep moving the expectations and saying rest assured we take this matter seriously. Not to mention if we followed their instruction they then tell us to cease behavior immediately- as if it's our fault but the leasing office told us to do so because the won't deal with it themselves. They do not know their own lease and certainly don't follow it. Took me months to get an email of the new regional manger, evan, and he is unwilling to do his job. He told us to move when we aren't the problem. Absolute joke of a place do not listen to the positive reviews, you will regret living here unless you like to live in filth, hear your neighbors, and are a slob, and want poor management that refuses to do their jobs.
