Please, please, please do not go here! At first, they were great to go through, immediately took my money, they were nice, got my boyfriend out of jail. and everything was good. I had some unfortunate events on my end and I had to call them to exonerate my bond. From there, it went completely downhill. There are two different guys, one named Jason, one named Anthony, you never have any idea who you are speaking too and you get switched around a lot. They told me they would exonerate my bond and pick him up and take him back to jail in a week. It took them 3 weeks before I finally called them to see what was going on. They got very rude with me and said that they are not a babysitter. Well, no. You are not. But I paid you for a service and you are getting paid to do this. Within the next week and a half after calling 4 times they finally picked him up. I waited 2 months for the exoneration papers to get to them. No phone calls, no updates. I had to call the court and attorneys office to get proof they mailed alliance the exoneration papers to them so I could get back my collateral and money. I called alliance and told them I had proof from the courts and miraculously they had the papers. I asked them when I could pick up my collateral and all of a sudden they have a business closing hour of 4pm. I don't even get out of work until 4:15pm. I had to leave early one day or my stuff would be sent to auction. I had a $2,000 bond. I had the collateral and I paid $1,300 out of pocket. I got my collateral and after all the fees someone mentioned there would be money left over to give back to me. They never mentioned this so I told the guy when I picked up my collateral and he said "I'll mail you a check" this was in November. Never got a check. I called them in January and apparently they stated they sent me a check in the mail and it was returned. Okay? Why would you not call me? The guy said he would mail it again, I waited 2 weeks. Never got it. Called again, mad asking why I can't just pick it up in person. They finally let me pick it up! I drove all the way to Mesa to pick up the check with their "new business hours of 5pm", and they had a brand new check in the amount of $200 sitting at the front desk in a blank envelope. So I am finally done with this company, thank god. but really? It definitely shows that they probably never even mailed me the check. Absolute horrible customer service after they take your money. I never got a sheet outlining all of the fees for exonerating the bond and having someone pick him up and take him to jail, so I am sure I lost out on a lot of money from them and they probably ripped me off but I will never know because their customer service is too shitty to even bother. Pray I will never be in a situation to need a bondsman again, but if I ever am I know to stay far far away AWAY from this place. Their fake niceness in the beginning when they have your cash in hand is not good enough. read more

I would HIGHLY recommend Alliance Bail Bonds to anyone who is looking for someone who actually cares and wants to help. In my case my father needed collateral plus bail I called different bail bonds and nobody was able to help because the collateral was out of state we live in Arizona and the collateral property was in Georgia.
