This is by far, the WORST company I have ever worked with…read more Taylor SWEARS at you, calls you bad names, you can't ever get a hold of him, and he tried to bait and switch me for more money. Thursday, 1/25/18: Day 1- Taylor was happy to help and answer questions, but most importantly, to take my $195 deposit to schedule a driver. He confirmed that a driver will be picking up my vehicle on Tuesday, 1/30/18. He let me know that an additional $600 will be due to the driver for his services for a total of $795. Tuesday comes around and we haven't heard from Taylor or a driver to schedule a pick up time. I called Taylor and he stated that he will figure out where the driver is and would call back. He never called back. The next day, I called Taylor again and he said that the driver is running late but, he will call me back once he gets a confirmed time and date. He never called back. Thursday, 2/1/18: I called Taylor to figure out what is going on and he said that the driver will be picking up my vehicle on Saturday, 2/3/18. This was quite frustrating due to our deadline of Friday 2/2/18. At this point, I was going to cancel my shipment with him and go with another company because the lack of communication. However, Taylor offered me a $100 discount at the time of pick up if I didn't cancel. Saturday, 2/3/18: Still haven't heard from Taylor or the driver. At this point, when I called Taylor, he was angry and recommended that I call the driver directly to figure out what is going on. When I called the driver, he was very kind but also quite confused. The driver explained that he tried to pick up my vehicle on the original date (1/30/18) but Taylor told him that we weren't available to release the car to him, which is completely untrue. The driver also was confused as to why Saturday was confirmed as a pick up date because his route from NC to IL always puts him in our location for pick up on Tuesday evenings. Nonetheless, the driver confirms he will be picking up my vehicle on Tuesday, 2/6/18. Tuesday, 2/6/18: I receive a call from the driver stating that he will be picking up my vehicle in the evening and $700 will be due when delivered. This was $100 more than what was confirmed in the beginning. The driver stated that he took on the job from Taylor being priced at $700. So, I called Taylor and he said that he would use part of my $195 deposit to pay the extra $100. When I mentioned the discount, he said that was no longer an option because of the driver wanting more money. I explained that this isn't my issue and I would still like my discount. He said he will not give me a discount because then we won't make any money on this shipment. I said well this is terrible customer service and he replies with "I know its bad service you don't have to tell me that. I don't have time for this conversation, this is going no where." and then he hangs up on me. Later in the day, my husband calls and requests a refund of the $195 because we are canceling the shipment. Initially, Taylor refuses the refund because he says that it's too late for that. However, after many phone calls to Taylor, he says, "I'll refund you your money, but karma is a bitch." My husband said, " Excuse me?" And then Taylor goes off saying, "You're a b**ch and so is your wife, I don't know how you deal with her. You're a pu**y." and continues to speak to my husband negatively and hangs up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Taylor is unprofessional and an all around disgusting human-being!
