I was told repeatedly that I would get priority because I had already started work with my insurance. However, the contractor Stephen has been non-responsive and kept telling me he had another guy working on it. I understand they are overloaded, but I never even had a chance to get on the schedule. I guess our repair job wasn't big enough for them. Very poor customer service since the initial consultation and I have now moved on. I wouldn't recommend based on their lack of communication and willingness to help. ***UPDATE The owner reached out to me, apologized and was willing to make it right. I had another company already on-call when they reached out initially. Bottom line is that they did what they could to solve the issue and that doesn't always happen. I was assured all was up to spec. they also sliced one of my guttters during install. I am selling my house and the inspector noted 6-7 items that were done wrong on the roof and need to be corrected. I contacted Anderson Restoration and have made ~6 calls to them and still can't get them to give me an answer on their warranty (they evidently did not file the warranty registration with GAF as they were required too). It has been 2 weeks and I am now forced to use someone else to fix the issue. Would NOT recommend using Anderson Restoration.
