I…read moreswitched to Mary Snider's office a few years ago and State Farm has progressively gotten worse, incorrect billing, incorrect information, repeated errors that take months to resolve with numerous calls and emails. She tried to blame me the client, as well as underwriting, stating that properties require local management. I notified her that all properties have local DC management located only a few blocks away and I as well am DC based. She made a mistake and simply cannot accept that. It cost me time, money, and stress all of which could have been avoided if she had updated my record to correct State Farm's error. Overall a hot mess of a service. Avoid her office.

Firstly, I assumed that if I took my car to their preferred auto body shop that they would work out payments with them directly so I wouldn't have to worry about paying them myself. Nope, they sent me a check for what it was estimated for. Little did they know that there was more damage to the car than expected (which would've been really obvious had they bothered opening the truck) and sent me on my way telling me the car was safe to drive. A few days later, the car broke down on me after work. I tried calling Liberty's number but because I wasn't a direct customer, they wouldn't help me and I was stranded on the side of the road. One lady was rude enough to hang up on me because I wasn't a customer. I had to end up getting a tow through my own insurance which has representatives that actually work 24/7, and then have my insurance bill Liberty Mutual for the tow. Then, I took the car to the shop and the representative said that he would call me in a day to let me know the status of my car. 4 days later, no response, and I had to follow-up to figure out when I could get my car back. Thank god, I do not have them as insurance. I was tempted to sue Liberty Mutual just because of the trouble they gave me and the time it took me to get everything sorted out. If you don't want a lawsuit on your hands from frustrated people like me because of their ineptitude, get a different insurance company!
