This landscaping business just put mulch down in my community. When they spray the mulch it goes everywhere, the dirt & dust is all over my siding where it doesn't belong. It is on my windows, inside my windows, on the screens, porch and under the siding. The mulch was sprayed so high I found the dirt up near my garage doors. I just had my my siding professionally cleaned last year and don't appreciate the dirt and dust from their mulch going everywhere. Spray it where is belongs. read more

Alliance landscaping was here this week doing what they call spring cleaning. Haha funny. It look so bad and gross looking. My neighborhood decided just everyone would do their property. I removed so much winter debris it fill up a 50 gallon trash bag. They also installed dirt and grass seed in top damaged dead grass. They do the worst job I ever seen. After I was done cleaning everything I mowed the grass. Now looks really good. If I could give them a fat 0 I would. read more

Made an appointment to get an estimate for the installation of an irrigation system for my backyard. Appointment was scheduled for 9:00am-10:00am. No one showed up so I called the office. The excuse I got was things got really crazy right before the 4th of July and he forgot to put it in his calendar. Huh? I put it on my calendar immediately after getting off the phone with him. Sure sign the company is not organized and not a company I want to do business with. I would have given them no stars had I had that option. Not a good Company, don't use if you have a choice! After install and payed complete have issues that they kept putting off and never did fix!! one zone was not working and they came after the 95 degree weather to fix it. Found a small rock in system. Then the zone would not shut off. Never came to fix it. I fixed it myself. I was told the sprinklers would be watering with double coverage and some areas do not even get watered. They never showed back up. Seriously don't use these people. I just wanted what I payed for! Should be a star less than one! read more

I live in a community of detached condominiums. It's a beautiful neighborhood and these condos aren't cheap. We all pay thousands of dollars in fees to live here and a majority of that money goes to Alliance Landscaping. I've only lived here a few months but from what I have seen so far, they do a horrible job. I think they feel like because we don't pay them directly they can do things half assed and no one will complain. This past snow storm I was shocked to see that they deliberately drove on to my front lawn and dumped a truckload of dirty snow from the road right in the middle of it. They ripped up the grass and it looks horrible. It's so disrespectful. I wonder how the owner of the company would feel if I went to his home with a truck full of dirty snow, drove up on to his yard, ripped up his grass, and then dumped it right in the middle of his front lawn. Bet he wouldn't like that too much. I contacted the company and the excuse they gave was so lame. Not even worth repeating. I'm showing these pictures to everyone I know and they can't believe it. Like I said. So disrespectful! UPDATE: Alliance Landscaping did this a second time and from what I gathered from our brief chat, this will continue. I was then threatened with a lawsuit for posting a negative review and a police response for harassment. I agreed never to contact them again but I'm not removing this review because it's all true. The fact that they chose to threaten me instead of trying to work on a resolution speaks volumes about how this company operates. read more

Alliance is my go to for lawn fertilization they use an organic blend that is important to me. They are always courteous and super responsive in the office. I used them for my pool repair and purchased a heater from them. I recommended them to my dad who now uses them for sprinkler servicing and lawn care. I hired a new landscape company after my formerly lush lawn turned in to this mess... after paying for Weed prevention for years...this is what the new company found..so why did I pay for weed prevention? I recommend having a grassy weed spray. This will take care of your Nutsedge and crabgrass. Dandelions Treated - We sprayed dandelions found in your yard today, it may take up to 2 weeks to see it starting to die off. Clover - We sprayed clover found in your yard today, it may take up to 2 weeks to see it starting to die off. Clover is an aggressive weed and may take several applications to control it. Spurge - Spurge was found and treated today. This creeping, low-growing summer annual often forms a dense matt and thrives in hot weather along curbs and sidewalks. Purslane - We noticed Purslane in your lawn. This summer annual weed has thick, waxy leaves and thick, red stems. It can form mats up to 1 inch in diameter. Plantain - Plantain was found and treated today. This broadleaf perennial has large, oval-shaped leaves that develop into rosettes. Oxalis - Oxalis was found and treated today. They destroyed my property during the fall clean up at my rental. I told one of the landscapers immediately and he said they would reach out and replace it. I called twice after never hearing from them and left messages with the receptionist. Still no one from management cared to respond. I even tried emailing and never heard anything. I can not say enough great things about this outfit! My lawn looks the best it has in 5 years. I do not have any crabgrass on 1 acre of land. They call you the day before they are coming so you can plan for the service and if you have animals this is a great feature...The gentleman who performed the service, actually goes back over any areas that he believes are a problem! Choosing a landscaping company is hard because there is stiff competition and the phone book is full of providers. The reason why I choose and continue to coordinate Alliance Landscaping for my parents who live in Londonderry, NH is the professionalism, courtesy and dependability of their management, namely their owner Brandin Swisher. My dad has had many surgeries limiting at times his ability to snow plow or take care of seasonal chores. During these times I was in Iraq or Korea or wherever with the Army. All I had to do was call Mr. Swisher on short notice,sometimes on the same day during a major snow storm. When I was deployed he never charged me a dime for emergency snow plow of my parents drive or picking up loose branches during Spring clean up.
