Great location, quick, and accommodating! The young lady at the front desk has great interpersonal skills.

Dr. Davis isn't what I thought she was. She super failed me. I came here because I had an infection…read moreand needed some medicine to cure the problem. The visit was all well until I took the medication. With her being a doctor she should have been more alert that I was a young adult and couldn't take a high dose of medicine. She gave me 500mg of Flagyl and I took that as the directions told me too. That medicine gave me the worst allergic reaction. All of the side effects that is under that medication I went through. When my mental state changed I called her office to let her know that I was having complications with the medicine and she put in a lower dosage to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy and then was told that the medicine was never called in by the doctor. The doctor was careless and pregnant. She should have been more aware because after all that I had went through I had to be rushed to the emergency room and stayed there for 6 days. Then after that I still couldn't get my mind back to normal. I had to be rushed to another hospital and stayed there for 15 days. Horrible. I will never come here again, I will just have to find me another and BETTER DOCTOR! After all the hospital visits, I had to drop all my classes from college and quit my job. She nearly killed me and with that medicine. But thank God, I pulled through! Beware of this doctor, or enter at your own risk! I am a living testimony! She may be nice, but there's always a price you have to pay with niceness. I paid that price!

Ugh, finding a new OB-GYN -- probably one of the most underrated female fears of moving. Having visited Houston Women's Care Associates in the Med Center for my well-woman exam last year, I was pleased to find out that The Woman's Place here in Pearland was one of their partnering offices. Scheduling an appointment was easy: the receptionist returned my call promptly, she was very friendly and pleasant to talk to, and I was able to schedule an appointment two days later w/ Dr. Morgan. Their office is located in a small plaza on Broadway/518 near 288, devoid of insane traffic or parking fees like their main office in the Med Center. If you're a new patient, arrive early because of paperwork... paperwork that contains basically the same information you provide to the receptionist when setting up your appointment. Weird. The office is nice and cozy; big waiting area and such. However, after being spoiled at the main location, where the examination rooms have plush pillows, chairs, changing curtains, and other little goodies, the rooms here are more... traditional. Nothing fancy. Nothing extra. Dr. Morgan is very sweet and has great bedside manner, but my visit felt very quick. Again, perhaps I'm spoiled by my experience @ the HQ, where my OB-GYN took the time to talk to me in her office before bringing me to an exam room and getting down to business. I have no major qualms about The Woman's Place -- I mean, Dr. Morgan told me right away that everything felt normal, and I got my BC refilled -- but it was definitely one of my more impersonal visits.

The lack of communication and closure throughout this process reflects a level of disregard that I find deeply unprofessional and as an HR professional I cannot and will not stand for the disrespect and/or taking candidate's time for granted as they try to, in good faith and effort, obtain employment. Candidates invest significant time, research, and effort engaging with potential employers and when that is met with silence and/or with "ghosting", it speaks volumes about an organization's values, internal culture, and lack of empathy. While I had genuine interest in the opportunity, I no longer wish to be affiliated with a company that treats prospective employees in this manner. I will be sharing my experience with my professional network to ensure others are aware of how Advanced Diagnostics Healthcare Systems conducts itself in its hiring practices. I cannot properly express the level of disappointment this experience has left, however, I do hope you and your team take corrective actions in the future to ensure "ghosting" does not continue to happen because in the long term and whether or not you believe it, the only thing you're truly damaging is your own business. Respectfully," So, apply at your own risk but know that this organization at least in my case, has demonstrated complete disregard for its candidate's time and effort. I will never apply nor support any organization or function related to this organization and as long as I work in the Houston area, I will advocate for anyone considering this group to consider it twice before joining. We have been using Quest for a number of years now, mainly for my husband's work's biometric…read morescreening each year. Recently, we have also been having our lab work from the Dr's office sent here as well. Love having it inside Randall's. Allows me to grab any needed groceries after my appointment. Waiting room is small and typically crowded. Setting appointments up online have been super easy. Oftentimes, appointments within the next day or two won't be available but since we're pretty flexible, time slots are available within 3-5 days. The staff here are amazing. I feel like they are always patient and friendly. I honestly don't know HOW the remain so patient and friendly because every time I'm here I witness patients being either rude or just plain incompetent. The phlebotomists are typically gentle. Sometimes you'll get one that hurts and leaves bruises but overall, pretty good. As for price, this place is awesome. So the main reason we have our labs sent here from Kelsey is that Kelsey's in-house lab charges about 3x as much as Quest. Last year at my physical I requested 2 additional tests. I paid around $250 extra out of pocket for my bloodwork done at Kelsey. (Yikes!) This is BECAUSE insurance only covers say, $40 towards a test. So if Kelsey charges $90 for the test, we pay the $50 difference. Same test at Quest, insurance covers the same $40 but Quest only charges say $50, so my out of pocket cost is only $10. So with the extra tests, I only paid $60 at Quest this year compared to $250 at Kelsey! Sooo, yeah. Kelsey sucks and Quest is awesome. Lastly, any issues we have had as of late have nothing to do with Quest... it's our stupid Dr.'s office (Kelsey Seybold) who repeatedly hasn't faxed our lab scripts over or left off tests, which result in hour-long wait times. Usually, if you make an appointment, it's pretty close to that time when you get in. Luckily, despite all the screw-ups from Kelsey, Quest honors our appointments and will get us in as soon as the info is faxed here. The one "observation" I have had here, since I've been here multiple times now, is that I feel like their time isn't efficiently utilized. I often see a lot of chatting and standing around. I don't know if they only have to see a certain number of patients per day and thus, don't feel the need to "churn and burn" to get more patients seen??? Just my 2-cents. All in all, super happy with Quest and will return for all our lab-work needs.
