So far the discount I was given at sign up was helpful because they found rotted boards they didn't find in the initial estimate. That dollar amount and the new order is only a 10 dollar difference!! This company's tactics are straight up "used car salesman". Gave me a price that was TRIPLE the highest out of the 4 estimates I got. Then saw I was uninterested and immediately went down 1/3 less. Really dude...REALLY? Then pushed repeatedly for me to sign right then for a "deeper discount". WTH? Skeazy. In other words we could do the job for around $2k but thought we'd try to scam you into paying $3500!?? But $2k was still double my highest bid!...and the other companies didn't have all the angry customers. He went on and on and on about all of their five star ratings... But only had 3 on his little ipad presentation. That's because there's a lot of people out there who are very unhappy with this company. There's even a negative review from an employee who said they water down their paint and take every corner-cutting shortcut possible. Many complaints about how their so-called 5 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on...shoddy workmanship, damaged property+ refusal to fix damages, pushy sales tactics and on and on. With this company, it isn't "you get what you pay for"... Because you pay the highest price and get the lowest quality products and service. Very disappointed and frustrated with these results. We built a pergola and hired Alliance painting to stain it. The sales person spent an hour selling us on the company and how detailed and great their quality of work is. We specifically told him, both my wife and I, that we wanted a Stain to match as close to the fence color as possible. He gave us a book of choices and we selected this dark stain pictured below. Which we thought would be great. "Keep in mind we aren't stain experts which is why we paid a professional company to do it for us". The sales guy told us one day to prep and one day to stain. Project took around 7 hours total. I thought the guy was just prepping due to the color being so light. It literally looked like he was applying a clear coat. So image my surprise when they told me they were done! I have attached before and after pics in which it's hard to tell the difference. I have a pic below of the exact color we picked compared to the finished product. Even if they say, "well we applied the color you selected". You can see even that doesn't match the end result. After speaking with them , their solution was for me to pay $1500 more $'s for them to come out and apply a darker stain. I had already paid $2200 for the job. So I certainly won't pay again. Now my only choice is to do it again myself and be out $2200 but that defeats the purposes of hiring a professional. One of my biggest mistakes I've made. We hired Alliance Painting to paint our house. Lets just say our experience was less than perfect. This project was suppose to be done in one week. First day scheduled out the crew to come mask the windows and do the power wash and 1 guy shows up. Second day a few more guy came out and finished what was suppose to be done on the first day! (No Biggie). First day of painting they left trash all over the front of our yard and noticed that the guys did not mask off the roof very good painted my brand new roof also dented my gutters. Called Collin and he made arrangements to take care of the gutters and would fix the roofing material. Because of that, Alliance fired that crew. Second crew came in and did a good job picking up where the other crew left off. As the job came to an end we were asking about the coverage because the paint wasn't covering very well. They blamed it on the stucco and said it should have 3 coats not 2 but they could be happy to charge me additional money if the paint didn't cure and look right! (the sales person should know this in his bidding process and we Never saw or heard for him again ) We did have them touch up a few places and Thank you! THE BIG PROBLEM Collin the project manager I had given him the roofers name and number that we knew and trusted. The one repair was done , but Collin did not mention to the roofer that there was another area that needed to be done too. Collin called the roofer and they came out and did the repair to the other side of the roof that was not told to them in the beginning. So there was an additional charge to take care of that. Alliance wouldn't pay the roofer the additional money that was due to them so the roofer reached out to me asking me to take care of this. So I did $550.00. Collin and Michelle told me on the phone that they will not pay me back because I paid the roofer (because I don't want to owe anyone and have a lien on my house) directly. Collin was there when I called the roofer and Collin apologize to the roofer when we were on the phone for not telling him about the other area. You damaged my home and I paid you a lot of money to have you stiff me! read more

Here's the thing Ryan, your reply to my review simply is not true. Yes, I was out of the country when the work was completed and my wife was not fully aware of the wor. All your folks had to do was ask her to confirm with me about the unfinished area. Fine, that was all a misunderstanding, however, when I drought all of this up to your office there was no attempt to offer finishing the job at any price the only concern was to be defensive and to make sure that from your perspective this all my, the customers fault. You might want to rethink the approach. read more

Beware of this painting company! I hired them to paint a bedroom and bath, and the interior of a 3-car garage, and repair some sheetrock. They finished in 3 days but it took an additional 4 days for them to make this sloppy paint job somewhat acceptable. The sheetrock repair was redone 3 times and it is horrible. Why would a company send out a lead guy for a final inspection and wait for the homeowner to point out all the obvious mistakes? There were paint spots everywhere, drips on the trim, and only one coat was painted in the garage. I emailed the owner of the company and he never responded. They promised a good job but did not deliver!!! Today I need to work on the front door handle- YES, it is still smudged with paint. Do not use this company! read more

We used Alliance Painting to paint the exterior of our house. Throughout the entire process from consultation for a quote to final walk-through we experienced professional and attentive service as well as clear communication. During the painting process the painters were courteous, respectful of our property, and very skilled at their trade. We are very pleased with the final results and during the final walk-through the project manager was even able to catch a few touch up areas that we didn't even notice. The job that Alliance painting did was the sloppiest job we've had and we have done a lot of remodeling lately. There were so many extreme touch ups needed because of the job being done incorrectly in the first place. Before this job we had just had our tile redone and the crew got paint on the brand new grout. The way they fixed it was to scrape out the painted part of the grout so now we're left with huge divets in our grout. A piece of our kids furniture was destroyed and one piece of heavy kids furniture that was mounted to the wall for safety was never remounted to the wall nor did the crew tell me it wasn't so it's been unsecured for a month. I found the screws buried behind my kids books. Incredibly unsafe for my 2 year olds to find screws. The crew helped themselves to drinks in my fridge without even asking. The job took 3 days longer than quoted and it still wasn't done correctly. The owner had the audacity to call me disrespectful when I asked them to come back and fix issues that were left. They continue to use pictures of my home on their Facebook despite me asking that they be removed then they blocked me from reviewing them on Facebook. Please beware of hiring this company if you're wanting a reliable respectful crew that will actually do great work. I would never hire them again for anything. read more
